Is Hive the best place to earn crypto?
When I started on this blockchain, I was following my objective to earn an income online. I was active in plenty of places and had quite a lot of income streams. Over time, one after the other of these income streams dried out and my activity was more and more concentrated on the hive ecosystem.
In the context of the weekly Liotes Mission, I asked our community about their crypto income sources outside of the hive ecosystem and I was surprised to see how few people were actually earning outside of hive. Some people are playing games on WAX an earning some peanuts there and other people have some coins in liquidity pools outside of the hive ecosystem. The big majority, however, has concentrated their efforts on Hive.
Is Hive the best place to earn crypto online?
When you look at the different possible income streams that the crypto world offers, you have the faucets, the paid-to-click websites, the surveys and other paid-to-do things. The income that these provide is often quite small and the tendency is towards less and less rewards.
On hive, the earning options are numerous. Of course, there is the blogging aspect where you can earn hive, hbd but also plenty of hive-engine tribe tokens. Then you have the games like Splinterlands, Rising Star, Terracore, Golemoverlord, dcity and all the others that allow to earn some tokens. You can get rewards and fees for providing liquidity in Diesel pools. You can earn from curation, for delegation, for putting HBD in savings or from commenting. Then there are all these tokens that pay dividends when holding them... In the Hive economy, there may be dozens of income sources that are here for us and we can use as many of them as we want to generate an income that can become quite interesting combined.
Leveraging the income
Thanks to interests on HBD, curation and organic staking rewards, we even have the option to scale our income. The more skin in the game we have, the more substantial our income might become.
The next steps
I believe that Hive offers something quite unique in the crypto world and we need to push this side even more by bringing more e-commerce to hive. Once you combine the fact that you can earn tokens on hive and then spend the same tokens on hive as well, the cycle is closing and I believe this will provide a big push to the whole ecosystem. There are some solutions in existence already but they need to get better, easier to use and available for people without coding knowledge. I would like to see a paypal type of button that could be integrated in posts or comments and that could be used as an order form. So every post could be a sales page...
As long as hive provides the ability for people to actually earn money, it will always be useful and thanks to the scalability, there will always be people who will want more hive to increase their income. I believe that this is an aspect why Hive is still successful in spite of the difficult market conditions that we face at the moment.

for me personally now hive is the only place to earn crypto since I hardly join any airdrop program, or do any blogging outside of hive, also because of work, my time is a little bit limited to do things outside of hive at the moment. !LUV !PIZZA

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoI also kind of erased all my outside income sources because the time invested wasn't worth the return. On hive it's a different matter and you can even earn without spending too much time.

Outside of Hive, the only success I have gotten in earning more crypto was sorare, Ultimate Champions and DeFi. And only Ultimate Champions was done with no investment - the rest require quite a substantial investment to make it viable ($1k+).
We are lucky with what we have on hive.
I think so too. We often don't realize how well we have it here and what all the others are missing out :-)
The opportunities on Hive are pretty amazing imo. It would be good to develop more e-commerce channels and development in this area. The critical thing is that it is also decentralised and you still own all you do here which I like.
There are plenty of great things on this blockchain. Of course not everything is perfect ;-) but a few tools around e-commerce would really help.
So much numerous benefits hive provide to the Crypto space. I strongly believe it is just a matter of time before people start seeing the potential that lies in it
I think so too :-)
quick answer NOT in the commonly thought way
Outside of hive I work as an arbitrator which is giving me enough to eat.
Being in hive is something peculiar and yes a source of income.
I was testing the HBD saved
It seems to me a good option that I will use in the future.
The income on hive will probably not allow us to totally live from it but it can be an interesting side income.

True, and one of them is me 😂. With some free time, WAX is a good place to earn without investment. There are also many game projects that need to be invested in first. I think that is a real difference between HIVE and WAX. So far, I have made more money from HIVE rather than WAX 🤣.
Yes, this one is also the one that makes HIVE better than WAX, at least for me.

(no space) to get help on Hive. InfoWax has really some nice games and is great for NFT's but the overall income potential is rather limited. Hive has more options especially it allows to scale the income with skin in the game.
Well, both of them have their own specialty. People just need to maintain where they are best at.
I think a question like that will always just come down to a persons own experience, resources and perception.
Hive is definately unique and a complex system in constant development it is exciting to wonder where it all may go.
I do think it is the best look at all the amazing community support here alone with many real people sharing their personal experiences with crypto for us to learn from.
It would be hard not to earn here i would say
Great job mate have a fantastic weekend

This post has been curated by the Alive And Thriving Team, we curate good content in the We Are Alive Tribe that is on topic for #aliveandthriving, and it's included in our daily curation report on @aliveandthriving, plus @youarealive is following our Curation Trail.
@achim03! You Are Alive so I just staked 0.1 $ALIVE to your account on behalf of @ aliveandthriving. (21/40)
The tip has been paid for by the We Are Alive Tribe through the earnings on @alive.chat, feel free to swing by our daily chat any time you want, plus you can win Hive Power (2x 50 HP) and Alive Power (2x 500 AP) delegations (4 weeks), and Ecency Points (4x 50 EP), in our chat every day.
I like this sentence :-). On Hive you get paid for what you do whether you want it or not :-). Thanks for your curation efforts!
There are other valid and viable ways to generate income outside of Hive, but from my experience in multiple projects, Hive is still the best from my perspective, as there are so many ways to create income here. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

I would not say that Hive is the best since I have not tried others but I've been enjoying Hive
And I hope to try out more platforms like this
I have tried many others and I honestly haven't found anything that comes close to Hive.
For me, I think hive is the best place because of all the different options and blogging itself isn't too hard. However, it does take time to build a following and that is why people need to stay consistent and engage with others to succeed. So it requires work to get there.
It's definitely possible to earn on hive but it's not easy money. You need to put in effort and perseverance to succeed.
I don't know if it's the best, but it is the best that I know of - at least in terms of consistency. There could always be some other platforms that give our some new free coins that end up mooning.
I've been on this platform for 5 years and you are totally right. There were some ups and downs mainly related to the value of the token, but it paid me on a very consistent basis.
It is true that this is a very good platform to earn cryptocurrency, like other apps like these are here in Multan today, they run for a few days and then run away, harming people. has done the same.
That happens unfortunately quite often...
Yeah.
Yes, the Hive community is really unique. Let's hope it stays this way for as long as possible. :)

I was on Bastyon (originally Pocketnet) before coming to Hive, and I made a reasonable amount there. I could still generate income there, but Hive is far more engaging for me, and as you mention, there are so many different and diverse ways to create income streams here, many of which are passive. I run a Qortal minting node now, too, so I'm slowly amassing QORT, which I can buy or sell on their internal decentralized exchange using LTC, BTC, DOGE, DGB, RVN, and ARR. As Ben said, it's hard not to generate income here, given that everything that we do is monetized. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
I haven't heard about Qortal. There are so many projects out there. It's quite tricky to stay on top of it :-). Thanks for sharing.
I hadn't until recently either. It is a very sovereignty-driven project, open source, distributed, and community-based. I've come to have a great deal of respect for them, and I definitely support what they're doing. Great community too. I'm very selective about which projects in which I involve myself, and they're at the top of my list, right along with Hive. You're most welcome, absolutely! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
