Summon the Intern by Speedphoenix is a Simulation Adventure in which you play as a newly hired intern and have to collect papers from the office's team and work on them. It's very simple yet addicting. It's as frustrating as being an actual intern.

On the bright side: You could pet Cats!!

In this game the co-workers continuesly ask you to work on their papers. You move around the office, taking papers from the co-workers desks, and . You could stack papers on top of each other to make it a bit easier.

What makes Summon the Intern hard, is the short time window between orders. Everyone acts as if they're the only ones above you and they get angry very easily. There's a dash button, but it's hard to effectively use due to the maze-like structure of the office. If you're going to beat this game, you have to master the dash button!

In this video you'll watch me anger all those around me in the office while trying (and failing) to prevent myself of getting burned out. These were some stressful few minutes!!!

PICO-8 is a Fantasy Console designed to create, share and play small retro-inspired games. Games made for PICO-8 are constrained in aethistics, code and size to encourage creativity. PICO-8 comes with a built-in code editor, graphics, and sound tools. Games are distributed in image files called Cartridges.
