DFT Project Fulfillment Report #2

avatar

Finished the website's Main Page!

In this series of articles, I report on the work I've been doing regarding my Digital Funding Token's Project Levels. As I explain below, the DFT Project's Levels unlock as my Supporters Claim more NFTs from my NFT account. As Each Level gives me a job to do, I'll give the status of my work through these occasional updates. (Check the previous update here.)

About the Project

Since I wanted to focus on creating more stories, I made a system so people on HIVE can support me and allow me to focus on the creative work.

For each of my ongoing projects, I make a List of Content I plan on making for that project. These are to be unlocked by Supporters as Claim tokens from me, (by Buying or Receiving them.) When enough tokens are claimed, I move the Project Level up.

With each unlocked level, I start working on the next Content on the List. Occasionally, I'll report on my work on these levels in Project Fulfillment Reports such as this one.

Every owner who claims a DFT is added to my "Beneficiary Rotating List" and they take turns getting beneficiary rewards from my posts. More info here.

The Website's Main Page

The main thing I did in this project in the past week is finishing the main page of the website: ahmadmanga.net

In my work for the previous report, I removed the outdated links to my stories on the website. This time, I had to add a way for the readers to access these stories by adding a "Start Here" link. A page that showcases my works of fiction.

I drew three thumbnails for the website. The first one for Illustrations, the second for the Fiction section, and the final one for games. I added links to my works of each category below them.

What do you think?

The "Start Here" Page for Fiction

My other addition to the website is the "Start Here" page. This page lists my works of fiction and links to where the reader can read them. The works are divided into two sections:

  • Works that can be read on the website.
  • Works that are only available on HIVE.

Not all of my stories are listed on this page. I plan on having a polished version of all of my Short Stories on the website eventually, but for now, I decided to put links to HIVE on the website until then.

What's Next?

The next thing I'll work on is A Fascinating Legacy's story page. I'll add the illustrations to it, and then I'll work on the character page for Emenoire and (and hopefully) Rafafill.

I also made a new Email List for my HIVE content, I haven't promoted it yet, but I'm learning how to make use of Email Lists so I'll be knowledgeable when I do use it.

For the sake of archiving, I took a screenshot of the website's current appearance. Here's the Main Page and Here's the "Start Here" Page!

What do you think?

Those were all of my updates for today. If you have any suggestions, don't hesitate to let me know. I might reward good suggestions with Ecency Points.

For now, I leave you and hope to see you in another article.

Salam (Peace)
