Let's Play "Digimon World: Next Order" - 48 - DNA Digivolution

Digimon World Next Order is a Digital Pet simulator game where you take care of your Digimon needs while recruiting Digimon to the City and building it along the way.

Digimon World Next Order is a modern sequel to the beloved first entry of the Digimon World series. This time, you manage two Digimon at a time instead of one! The scope of the world is also bigger, and there are more recruitable and obtainable Digimon. The soundtrack is very nostalgic with many tracks being remasters of Digimon World 1 OST. Still, the original had more charm in the moment-to-moment experience.

This was one of the longest sessions I had in Digimon World: Next Order. I trained my newly acquired Wormmon and then went for some field training. I knew my ChaosGallantmon doesn't have many days left to live, so I wanted to benefit from his power to train Wormmon on Digimon far stronger than him.

At this point, I decided that if my Wormmon digivolved into Stingmon, (he did halfway through the session,) I'd use an item to digivolve my other partner to ExVeemon and DNA Digivolve them!

After training on MOD Cape, Ohguino Watelands, and other locations, my Chaongallantmon finally died.

My new partner was Pichimon who Digivolved to Bukamon. A little while after he got into the Rookie-form SnowGobrimon, I used the digivolution item to turn him into ExVeemon, and then I fused them into Paildramon! My first DNA-digivolved Ultimate-form Digimon in this playthrough!!

This was such a satisfying play session!
