Saturday Savers 2024 Progress Report - Week 2

It's time for my weekly #SaturdaySavers update ! But I somehow missed that, so this is more of a Sunday Savers one (but with data pulled on Saturday). Yes, it's been that kind of week, but not so bad for all that....

How Did The Week Go ?

Most of last week was taken up with work, so I didn't post as much as I'd have liked. But I did keep up with curation, and overall earnings of 25.94 HP were respectable under the circumstances.

I added the 25.5 HBD DCA for the week, but I have to admit it was through gritted teeth due to the fall in the price of HIVE ! Tipping my HBD stack over 1500 was some consolation, however, and I'm still on target with it.

The small increase I did in my HP delegation to @leo.voter is starting to pay off. Most of my LEO earnings are from delegations, and an extra couple of LEO's a week builds up nicely.

Getting an extra EDS for last week's #SaturdaySaver comments was a nice and unexpected surprise, and went a long way to helping me stay on target 😀

The SBI's were a big jump, partly because I bought quite a lot for other people, but also because I was on the receiving end of quite a few (it's a really odd feeling !)

On the social metrics, I'm slightly behind target on posts, but not so far that I'm worried about it. I spent a bit of time last week that could have been used for posting doing a tidying-up exercise. Some of the post types I do most often were created as templates in PeakD, which should make future posts quicker and easier. I also started a spreadsheet of my earlier posts with dates, title, link, community and some notes for the creative writing ones on which setting it was in and key characters. That should make it easier to refer back and maintain internal consistency in the various settings I use !

A Question Someone Might Be Able To Help With

This bit is me trying to reach into your brains and pull out some useful information !

I tend to see the world in a visual way - it's like everything gets mapped in my head, whether it's location or information. I can visualise a location (it's like I have a permanent map of the universe in my head and a big pin with a flag on it that says "you are here, this is when and where you are"), and can picture data organised into a spreadsheet, but really struggle with disorganised information. Whether this is a good thing or a bad thing, I really don't know.

But I admit that I'm finding Hive hard to navigate. There are so many incredible options, opportunities, games, Dapps, etc. It's like blundering through a forest and just tripping over interesting things in no particular order.

So what I'm wondering is; does anyone know of sites that have mapped out or listed some or all of the different Hive things ? I appreciate it'll never be complete, as new things emerge all the time and old ones go off into quiet corners and die.

But anyway, that was my week - all in all not a bad one, and I'm glad the days are starting to get lighter again. How was your week, I hope you had a good one !
