Does the curse continue?
I think I have made a post about the curse that Arsenal have during the Arsene Wenger's Era, where they seems to lost form after any international break, or after the end of the year season holiday.
at that time, no matter how great is their form before the international break, as soon as the league restarted, they usually lost no matter which teams they were playing against.
Not a few years after the curse seems to be lifted under Arteta guidance, last night proved to be otherwise. Apparently, the curse might continue as well. Arsenal lost 2-0 in the away match to Vitality Stadium of Bournemouth. Yep, they lost the first game after the International break, and they even playing against the underdog team. at least they should be able to bring back points with a draw. But they have to be back empty-handed this time,
The players need to play a little bit harder next time so that they can still get as many points as possible, and try their best to avoid any more defeat in the future, if they really want to secure the top spot of the league table.
They also have to be very careful, since one factor of the defeat was the fact that they played with 10 men from the 30th minute after William Saliba was sent off because od the could that he did to one of Bournemouth's player.
I also really hope that the curse will not continue, and those are just a story from the past during Wenger Era.
