Stop Overthinking

It is important to make plan for things that we might encounter in the future or in days to come in out life, especially if we have some upcoming event. And we made those plan according to the variable or information that we already have, or things that we anticipated to happen.

But we also should always keep our minds free, at least not to overthink things that we thing might happen at the event because it will take away peace of mind, which then could drain our energy, trying to fight a problem that doesn't even exist yet.

Once we have the plan, we should always believe in it, if we think that we already have the necessary information before we arrange the plan, and then we have already also taken all of the other variables into account.
