I would say lobster is really good. Even though I'm from Sweden, am not that in to what we call surströmming (fermented fish).

I would pass on fermented fish too, although I personally know people who love it! I prefer fresh from the sea, but then again I lived in the Caribbean for years and would frequently go fishing. The red snapper were great there. Also used to dive to to the reefs to catch rock lobsters there, but cold water lobster tasted much better in my opinion. I love lobster too, or some fresh king crab! Yummy!
