I had a similar experience with someone calling me at 4 AM. When I picked up the phone, he just wanted to know if I was fine. What's weird is that the person is not even close to me.

People will abuse you if you allow them. We have to set boundaries to protect ourselves from those who think that we are working for them 24/7. And this is true even if they are our employers.

yes sometimes they can be ungrateful and very unconsiderate people. Sometimes I was still shocked by the things that a human can do.
