Hello PIZZA and DCROPS friends!

I somehow missed the recap of this event which took place almost 2 weeks ago. 🤔 I must have been really preoccupied and missed this particular folder of PIZZA events that I keep a record of. 😅 Well, it's slightly delayed but better late than never eh? 😜 This should also serve as a good reminder of the upcoming weekend events too!

That being said, here's another recap of the 🌱dCrops🌱 and 🍕PIZZA🍕 collaboration where @thebeardflex and ScriptKitty of @dcrops will be opening a bunch of packs, and of course GIVEAWAY most of the content!!! 🌱🍕🤑.

We've got Beard, our resident announcer/host for all the PACK OPENING events, flagging off the start of the event as always. 📯🔊

And well yes @definethedollar, I'm well and truly beaten in the "first to the channel" mini contest having completely missed gartic which started earlier on. 🤣

Unfortunately, it seemed that Beard had literally LOST HIS VOICE. Not because he was sick or anything like that, but his wonky computer crash had resulted in just about everything not working.

Thankfully, we had a backup BEARD waiting in the wings. Enter @creodas 😎. Still very bearded except red. I guess he'd have to do for today. 😉 We will miss Beard's autotune, even if Creo did try to make an attempt at a human generated autotune effects.

As is the case for most of such events, Beard will usually give a quick introduction to dCrops and then give a summary on the latest updates. But since he's gone on radio silence, I'll just leave some important links to dCrops listed below here instead.

Look at that glorious NOT BEARD Creo smoking on some dubious substances like a champ! 🤣 So that's his trick when he hosts and DJs all those impromptu music events at random hours in the middle of the night! 🎉

After that, it was pretty much straight to the main event of opening packs and then giving them away! 🎁🎉

What's a pack opening event without some glorious giveaways right? The contents of the packs opened were mostly given out to lucky attendees. See what you're missing out here if you aren't joining in the Pizza events? 😜

Here we've got this event's lucky wheel being populated with the names of all participants. As you can see here, we've had quite a number of attendees for today. 😁

We opened/gave away several ALPHA and BETA packs worth of NFTs. 😱 Even if someone failed to win a spin on the wheel, they would be entered into a "consolation PIZZA wheel spin".

(Although in some cases, hitting the HUGE PIZZA jackpot probably meant a MUCH better prize value than a common NFT 🤣)

Everyone walked away with something at least 🤑😍.

2 Epic cards and 2 lands were opened. This was a really good pull from those few packs. 😁 As you can see though, today's event was basically narrated by Creo with all rewards being copy pasted painstakingly by Beard one by one onto Discord.

(The last card of every pack is usually sent to the PIZZA prize pool for the weekly Discord giveaways. This is open to various levels of pizza stakers - just check the #official-giveaways channel in our Discord)
