WORKERBEE are needed to vote for hive-engine witness nodes. You can buy them or change them for BEE token.

so if have that tokens staked dont work nothing? I mean need delegate them to someone for vote and get reward in BEE if i understand good

If you have staked WORKERBEE you will take part in a lottery and get BEE...
Not for delegating them.
And staked WORKERBEE can be used for voting on HE witness nodes as well to keep your favorites in the TOP of all others.
