2021 1oz Silver Una and The Lion Bar x3

I originally bought one of these a year or two ago. They don't often come up for sale in bullion dealer groups. You'll typically see these up for auction and they sell for $60+ each, for a 1oz silver bar.

Obverse

The Royal Mint really hit a home run with this design. From the design of the faces, to the crispness of the details, and added background design, it's a winner. The US Mint should take notes. This is how you design silver that doesn't look boring!

Reverse

I'm not really sure what you'd call this type of design on the back, but while it's simplistic it adds sophistication to the back. They could've simply kept a flat back with little to no design, but they took the time to engrave these fancy "swirls" on the back. It's a nice touch!

While I picked up one of these a year or two ago, my bullion dealer had these come up as a flash sale during the last Super Bowl. Since my kids were occupied and the game was at a boring point and had a lull, I snagged two more of these for $46.95 each. I think these originally were selling for maybe $6-7 over spot when they first were released, so they probably cost around $32 each. Now you're lucky if you can get them for under $50. I plan to build three sets, since this is part of The Engravers series, and eventually sell off two sets once it appreciates more in value. 😁

What's that?

At first I thought it was Death but it wasn't with a scythe.

It's a Sceptre... A mage?

It's a princess holding a sceptre. I'm not sure what the other artifact is, but I assume it's to symbolize royalty.
