New DUO Proposal

The DUO project is doing very well. It's doing so well that you might say we're experiencing some minor "growing pains." It's to be expected.

We received a huge surge of support as many have bought into the project. Of the 20,000 DUO we put up for sale at 0.5 Hive each for early adopters, over half are now sold and being staked! The project isn't even a month old!

Tipping is functional and so is curation. We did a short test run of dividends and those are ready to start in August. Everything is progressing really well.

The only area of concern is the curation. We're trying to keep the mana at a minimim of 80% but because so many have bought into the project, giving everyone a 100% upvote isn't sustainable. We've put forward a proposal that we think should provide long-term, sustainable curation to DUO stakers. We want to hear what you think.
