It's a storefront utility tool in Linux that installs applications without affecting the system outside of it.

One of its uses is that it has a lot of applications' most recent versions from Github, so you get many Linux apps that you can't find in one place somewhere else.

I only removed it because I needed more space, but it's really useful when you have a powerful enough PC. If you download a harmful application via Flatpak, it can only harm Flatpak, not the whole PC.

It's still there.. and I have been learning, reflect and practicing.

Part of it includes being a vegetarian, and meditating 1.5 hours day (on average).
