Weekly Writing Prompts By CineTV - #24

Introduction

We're back with another week of writing prompts to inspire you. Let's get tot he point right away!

Costumes

To honor the newly released season of "Queen Charlotte - A Bridgeton Story" on Netflix, I picked the theme costumes for a writing prompt today. I absolutely adore, did I emphasize that I adore these costumes in the series Bridgerton?! I think looking at their costumes, every girl thinks back on how they used to dream to be a princess living in a castle. I mean, the costumes and ambiance in the series are something worth mentioning. Let's not think about how uncomfortable these dresses must have been to wear though, I bet it was not all glitter and glamour to have such fancy wardrobes.

Funfair

We recently went to a funfair thanks to the coupons handed out by the school, otherwise, we'd have never known about it probably. Today I found out thanks to my daughter's tutor that there's another event the next days with a fun fair included. Now I don't know about you but I had my fair share of fun fairs in my life and also quite a few memories from these fun fairs.

Let our fun fair here inspire you to write something today, or maybe in the next few days, whenever you feel like it. What comes to mind in my case is seeing all the crazy funfairs in tv shows and movies, have you ever been on an insanely big rollercoaster for example? Let me know in a comment, please!

Thunder(storm)

Now this is a totally different writing prompt and was inspired by the rain yesterday. We have not seen this much water coming down from the sky since we moved here and it was quite nice to have it cool down completely for a bit. Right now, the day after, everything is still wet (that much rain came down!) but as the sun is nowhere to be found until now, that's not too weird because that sun will make it disappear rapidly.

I remember when we were just in Spain for a few months back in 2016, we had these thunderstorms in the middle of July where the sound effects from the thunder in between the mountains were something I never heard in my life. The lightning made it even more spectacular. If you're scared of thunder, this could be a bit much though. Nothing of that kind happened here yesterday, but the rain and lack of sun so far today make it easy for me to get some cool air inside the house, which I always love.

Do you have any cool stories or maybe movies to share about thunder or storms? I remember seeing these tornado hunters on tv many years ago and was baffled by their courage to go into the storm instead of running away from it, lol. I don't remember the titles of these shows or movies though, maybe you do?
