RE: Closed Book: The End of a Generation

The occurrence of death, has never been a big deal to me, a generation will come, and some will go. It has been happening for thousand years.

My question is on the Cyclone 🌀, and those people that live close to hurricane and the likes, instead of having this recurrent issue, can't the government make permanent evacuation of those places, especially places with consistent history of hurricane?

Or is there something I'm missing here. I'm not from the state though.
