Changes regarding the CTPSB ranking and submission of posts for October

How to submit your post?

Select one of your hive posts that was created in the month of October and that is in English. The post has to be created between the 1.10 and the 26.10.2023. Choose the post that reflects best what you are capable of creating.

Paste the url of your post as a comment below before 26.10.2023.

Make sure that the account that authored the post is the same account that is linked to your WAX wallet that holds potential CTPSB NFT's.

It's not possible to submit more than one post per person even if it's with several different accounts. Only one account per person can participate and only one post can be submitted.

How will the ranking be established?

At the end of the month of October, the ranking will be established. Check this post to understand how the ranking is made.

This ranking will define which authors are supported through the month of November.

I like the changes and I agree that the only way to make this platform great is to reward quality posts and people who engage with others!

it's hard to get off from CTP however I think you make the right move there. CTP is the door where people can get great rank points by spending some hive on them then get rid previous people who are in the list by relying on effort in making post. Things must be different if CTP is still active.

Anyway here is my entry, I do not submit my best one because I learn my mistake last month thinking too much made me miss the time.

I do use a template for my daily posts as that helps me with ease of formatting, but I'd argue that it's not necessarily of lesser quality in terms of content. That's just my opinion anyway. Here's my latest post:

I also use templates. I think what really matters is how much of the content is also reused :-). I believe that when you repost the same post over and over, just changing the name of the winner, it's not enough effort :-)

Here is my best post. I like creating some of these larger posts that differ from my usual content but I do generally follow a template for my posts. I change a few things around such as splinterland battles and etc but I generally follow a similar format for things. Of course, it's not as bad as some of those giveaways.

It's totally normal to use templates and I believe it can really help us to create content when a strucutre is given. However, when the only dynamic content in the template is the name of the contest winner.. then I think there isn't enough effort in it :-)

I run a copy of the the 3Speak desktop app, and downloaded this video for reflection.

As a newcomer to Hive, I've just discovered the CTP niche, while I have little interest in affiliate marketing, some of the mechanisms have significant potential for content discovery.

For those in the know, why did the price or value of the CTP token collapse, was there no compelling benefit to hold it, and it simply was sold in oblivion?

The CTP community was very strong but it has unfortunately declined over time. The team that run the project are not as active anymore on hive and therefore the demand for the token has decreased over time. Hopefully, it will see a renaissance...
