How to continue with the CTPSB project ?
A couple of months ago, we implemented some big changes into the ctpsb project that were very helpful. However, there are still things that I'm not happy about and I discuss them in the video.
I need some time of reflection on how to continue with this project, to even out the week spots. As usual, I would be happy to hear your reflections on this topic.

I will suggest not to sell CTPSB in the market.
The only way to generate CTPSB will be delegation.
Put CTPSB buy orders in the market as usual. Delegators can sell CTPSB for swap.hive, I guess this will make both the project and delegators happy.

I think for the post quality issue, either manual curation or removing those with low quality posts from being supported are the only options. Regarding Delegation, without rewards, it may not attract many delegators.
That's true of course. When I created the project, it was actually intended to work without delegations. There was then a real demand and I introduced the possiblity to delegate to the project. Ever since, I struggle to reward delegators fairly :-).
Apart from the decline in the community which you have noticed, there is also the unresolved problem of Listnerds which makes CTP less attractive.
Maybe it is time to wind up CTPSB and relaunch around a token that you have more control over, or that has a vibrant community behind it... how about a LEN Swarm Booster project, or an ALIVE Swarm Booster project?

To be linked to the CTP token proved to be a real handicap lately. Even after switching the delegation rewards to CTPSB, people still don't realise that CTPSB is an independent project and is not run by the creators of CTP.

Well I have some ideas, but let keep on one only and try to describe it better...
I am not fond of monthly submission post, because the CTPSB "community" is too vast. My point here, there would be better if you put certain theme or subject for a month post. For Example, lets talk about MEME token for October 2023 theme. so only posts related to the Meme Token subject are eligible for the submission. Or Maybe talking about Social Finance, friendtech posttech Stararena. By giving a subject or theme, you can direct where the community will go and what they will be talking about.
Because the current one I do not even know what CTP is all about... whats the different between CTP and HUSTLER, or CTP and PIMP... Is it for a former Internet marketer? Or is it for a degen community? or It's for hardcore Diamond Hand people for holding Shit Token...
I hope that gives you better idea for it
The CTP community was pretty strong around 3 years ago. It was a community of internet marketers but in the meantime the community has collapsed and it was probably an error to link this project to CTP through the name.

Having the CTPSB token centered around CTP seems to be the biggest issue. Do the CTPSB delegators get CTPSB tokens? You can just set up a buy wall around the CTPSB price and if you need to refill that wall, then a small powerdown might be needed. In a way, you allow people to go in and out of the project like the Liotes project.
As for post quality, I think it's tough. I don't really have any suggestions towards that.
Yes, they go CTP in the past and now they get CTPSB.

One option is to find someone to assist you on manual curation, partially or completely.
Someone else to do the posts for CTPSB, but frankly it will not be as effective as your posts are.
What if? The dividend (return on delegation) is fixed to 5% till 2024 end. You will lose some delegators but atleast you will have control.
What if you ask the 30 users you support to set CTPSB as 5% beneficiary for atleast 8/10 posts for the month?
This becomes a criteria to be eligible for votes next month.

I haven't created any token myself so I don't know your options... Can you change the name of the token without changing the ticker? CTPSB has a good brand I believe, and I wouldn't give it up. The name the acronym stands for, I believe fewer people know what that is unless they check out the info page. If you can do that, you can think of a rebranding or even repurposing, depending how deep you want to restructure CTPSB.
For checking submitted posts every month... that's a lot of work and if people also game that, maybe that's not worth it.
Thanks a lot for the feed-back. It's not possible to change the ticker. So I would need to create a totally new token and I think it's not an option. I'm working on a solution :-)
I was saying to change what the abbreviation stands for if you want a separation from CTP and to go with the CTBSB on its own way.
