Hi there again it is dadspardan with some news on the other speturm,

think that i need to start walking more and with a current app i use to track steps i think i need to do more of these to ensure
A) i become more fitter for my children
B) i have an app called Sweatcoin that awards crypto and these can be built up,
and with many contests in the background there is a fair chance to make some extra money in this market

Yes, the posts look like spam when there is no other picture put into it.
The problem is writing that stuff on the cellphone is a pain.
Try proper html tags with an onscreen keyboard and you know what I mean.

About the reading: Yes, happened to me several times, hav to make sure the energy savings doesn't cut off the app. And it's not compatible with my smartwatch yet.

But it is still free coins of some sort so... Right now just posting it without any further tags into actifit community and let it be...

Oh getting some more steps in is always a great idea! Especially when you have the dog to pull you along (if he's anything like ours!)
