Splinterlands is a trading card game on the Hive Blockchain. I have been playing this game for many years as it continues to add new dynamics to its ever popular selection of different game play

You can even own and work land if the matches are not your cup of tea so to speak.

Team moved to new Guild

Last month, our guild unexpectively was disbanded by the organizer which started it years ago. They never played and I think they had also already sold all their game assets.

There were several (four/five) members that had played every brawl for all of those years and we were unexpectedly without a guild. One of the members took the iniative and created a new guild so that the team could stay together and keep brawling.

Our first brawl in the new guild will be starting in a few days. We will need to start rebuilding and leveling up all of the various buildings for the guild and that will take a little time.

Gold III Tier rewards

Before this season ended, I was able to open up Gold III Tier and earn some chests to open - 11 chests.

I love to open up the chests, it is like getting presents that you have a hint but not really a clue as to what might be in each one of them. I received 7 small chests and 4 medium ones. Can't wait to see what they hold...

I always wonder if I will receive more cards, how many and which rarity. I think I lucked out when opened the last chest and received an Epic card. One of the chests also contained 5 common cards which I will be albe to combine into a stronger playing card.

I also received 13 Legendary and 1 Alchemy potions, 125 merits and 1 Energy. I think this was a pretty good draw of rewards.

Luceheim Demon

Since I received 5 additional cards of the common Luceheim Demon and I already owned a level 2 and a few other level 1 cards. I will be able to level this card up to level three.

The card will not get any new stats but will receive a new ability - Cleanse. This ability is very useful in the Noxious Fumes rule set where all your cards start out poisioned.
