Sometimes we forget to watch the world from our perspective. We often think about what others think or what others want. This reminder was to focus a little bit on what you want and how you feel about certain things instead of what others want. Having a little ME time will help you with a bit of boosted energy when you get back to work.

In this video, I am in an event and people are busy taking pictures of the groom and bride while I am enjoying my ME time. Always remember you are the main character of your story. :)

You Can't Pour from an empty cup, just like that you can't work with a puzzled mind. Me time helps you handle stress better. Don't think much about what is happening in your surrounding. You can give yourself a minute, Right? It was a busy and tiring day. Now have a deep breath in and out! See, it's that easy to enjoy your ME time.

There are times in life when I think about what others think of me but then I take a pause and think about what I think about myself. Where ever you are right now just breathe and smile because you are alive. You fought many battles and you will win this one too. You have a whole life ahead of you. I know the time is tough but do you remember the last time you dealt with an even tougher time? Yup, you are a strong person, smile and pave the way! I believe in you and most importantly you believe in yourself. :)

Nowadays people like to follow the trend, they don't think about themselves. You may have noticed that most people were wearing the dress code that the designers and the media wanted them to use. Which is not just expensive in price but also ruins their peace, but the mentality of showing off to others how rich they are or what people will think makes them sick.

Well, I'm a guy who likes to be comfortable, hell with trends and what others think.

That's true, but sometimes we end up in a situation where we feel like we shouldn't take a break!

It can also be good sometimes to wait if we are truly physically exhausted. A body in motion is a lot easier to keep in motion 😂
