Greetings to all who are part of this team especially the Guest Author, I want to talk about something that is revolutionizing the way we do business and that we have confidence and you know I speak of the blockchain but now I want to talk a little beyond the technological part I want us to focus on something that is extremely key and is to have clear objectives before launching fully into this digital world, if you wonder why it is important to draw clear objectives here I show you some key points;

Saludo a todos los que forman parte de este equipo sobre todo del Guest Author, deseo hablarles de algo que está revolucionando la forma en que hacemos los negocios y que tengamos la confianza ya lo saben hablo del blockchain pero ahora quiero hablar un poquito más allá de la parte tecnológica quiero que nos enfoquemos en algo que es sumamente clave y es en tener objetivo claros antes de lanzarnos de lleno en este mundo digital, si te preguntas por qué es importante trazar objetivos claros acá te muestro algunos puntos claves;

^{Si queremos alcanzar el éxito para este nuevo año 2025 debemos tener esto bien claro conseguir un enfoque para poder establecer un objetivo ahí nunca tendremos pérdida porque cuando sabemos hacia dónde vamos para dónde queremos llegar buscaremos todas las maneras para alcanzarlo y en un entorno tan complejo como lo es el blockchain esto es realmente fundamental y también debemos saber cómo medir el éxito pues si no tenemos objetivos no podemos medir absolutamente nada no podemos saber si el proyecto tuvo impacto y para esto es donde el tener metas definidas nos ayuda a celebrar los logros y que nuestra motivación por alcanzar dicha meta es algo que nos levantará el día a día y no inspirar a seguir adelante sobre todo en un ecosistema tan gigante como es el blockchain.}

We can apply the S.M.A.R.T method (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, On Time) that type of objective are something simple and basic as for example wanting to increase by 20% the followers in your HIVE account, it is also good to use the objective with keys of results which are key to determine if you reached a goal such as being a leader or part of the blockchain market in Venezuela a key result for this would be to undertake some own business that involves the blockchain, for me personally or specifically I find very viable the M.V. method.P where we can measure the response after launching a product that fits the function of that as for example the service of designs in the blockchain how to collect feedback and collaborate with other communities, this helps us a lot to have an empathy map with which we can understand the needs of users as this would be crucial to move forward we must know what the user feels and needs to develop it in the blockchain and we must also analyze what are strengths opportunities weaknesses and threats this type of analysis makes us understand the context of the project and thus our goals will always be realistic.

Podemos aplicar el método S.M.A.R.T (Específicos, Medibles, Alcanzables, Relevantes, a Tiempo) ese tipo de objetivo son algo simple y básico como por ejemplo el querer aumentar un 20% los seguidores en tu cuenta de HIVE, también es bueno utilizar el objetivo con llaves de resultados los cuales son clave para determinar si alcanzaste a un objetivo como por ejemplo ser líder o parte del mercado de blockchain en Venezuela un resultado clave para esto sería lograr emprender algún negocio propio que involucre el blockchain, para mí personal o específicamente se me hace muy viable el método M.V.P donde podemos medir la respuesta tras lanzar un producto que se ajusta la función de esa como por ejemplo el servicio de diseños en el blockchain cómo recoger feedback y colaborar con otras comunidades, esto nos ayuda muchísimo a tener un mapa de empatía con el cual podemos entender las necesidades de los usuarios ya que esto sería crucial para poder avanzar debemos saber qué siente y qué necesita el usuario para desarrollarlo en el blockchain y también debemos analizar lo que es fortalezas oportunidades debilidades y amenazas este tipo de análisis nos hace entender el contexto del proyecto y así nuestras metas siempre serán realistas. range 30-40
