A little unpropotional - Monomad challenge

(Edited)

This is my entry for the #monomad challenge hosted and curated by @monochromes

The title seems a little bit misleading, because I made it from my perspective as human, but it seems to not always applicable in nature as there are so many unproporsional creature out there which looks a little bit weird from our eyes.

But if you look at the first photo below, you might see that his insect is nothing but cute, there is nowhere to be seen any weird body from this insect.

But if you look from the side that you might notice the weirdness it has.
Can you spot it?

For me, this guy has a unique situation where its body is rather short and big, but it has long hind legs, and also very long antennae. So for me it looks like that this little guy has longer head parts and also longer leg part, but has a very short and bulky body.

But what can we judge, because this insect apparently survives well in col,d hard nature. Maybe the disproportionate body part really has the advantage and benefit in nature, so that it helps this guy survive. ;)

Nice shots! You know their must be some advantage to having the longer legs and antennae otherwise they wouldn't have evolved that way. Great pictures though, they looked great in monochrome!

You are right my friend, it is just part of their adaptation and evolution, but still a little bit peculiar for us. !LOLZ
