Phone Photography Contest 15 - That day visiting a public swimming pool

avatar

Hi, my fellow phone photographer. How are you all today, how are things going? It is nice to be back again to make my entry for the Phone Photography Contest week 15. it has been week 15, it feels like yesterday that I read about the inception of the contest idea.

Thanks to @untilwelearn who runs the contest, and everyone who is supporting the initiatives, who has helped the contest run, if you wish to join the contest, please kindly read and follow all the rules and guidelines Phonography / Phone Photography Contest - 15 Announcement

For my entry, I have this photo of a small hut in the public swimming pool that I visited sometime ago with my wife and my son. I like the hut and the cloud formation above it.

The place is called Babakan Mesari and the place has 4 swimming pools that you can use, two for kids, and the other two for adults. And you might have guessed which pool I used that day. 😅

The ticketing place is so simple, And I think it costs about $0.7 for adults and $0.5 for kids.

Here are the two kids pool side by side, which has a different depth but is still suitable for kids, and adults like me who need to accompany their kids. : )

This one is a bigger one for the adults and is also usually used for swimming lessons. They have a swimming instructor as well.

And here is the last pool for adults, a little bit separated from the other three pools.

A koi pond.

Another shot of the koi pond.

They also have porcupines which they keep in the cage.

separator2.png

Although I know that porcupines usually eat new shoots of a coconut tree, it was the first time I saw someone feeding the porcupine with a whole coconut.

And the last one is a photo of two resting chivets. unfortunately, they were also in a cage.

I know you chose the kiddie pool.😁 That's what parents always do every outing.😊

The koi pond area is a good reflection spot. Out of curiosity, I'll try out both set of pools lol. Amazing shots as always :)

What a great place, the kids must love it there. Too bad they don't have an better enclosure for the animals, cages are sad. Great shots you got, that's a cool place!

yes, it was sad, I really like them to be in the wild. But I understand also that sometimes they can wreak havoc in the field as well.

Thank you so much. I don't think I can visit the place late in the afternoon, as the water is quite cold.
