When it is still alive

If you follow my post yesterday about the robber fly that managed to catch a green shield or stink bug as the lunch, you might notice that this insect that I have today might be the lunch that got caught.

Do you think I am responsible for it? because these were the photos that I took before I found that robber fly with its prey.

But I don't think so, because the place where I took both photos are far apart so the chance that this green shield bug was actually the prey was pretty slim.

at least I can show you what the insect looks like when it is still alive. love the color, and how it blends so nicely with the leaf it is resting on. although it still has some black stripes on its back, most of its body is dark green.

i hate these fuckers. Not sure do they stink the same in all parts of the world, but i think they found the best way to survive amongst humans. Here if you catch it with your hand even accidentally, the only solution to get the stink away is to cut off the hand 😂 once i had it on my neck and pressed it accidentally and had to take a shower.

It does stink quite strongly as well, it seems that the smell will follow you unless you had a shower and Prince or chopped off your hands. the smell really goes into the center of your brain.
better to let them around, and don't disturb it, and maybe tlet the natural predator do their work like the one here.
