Ceviche Time

Honestly, I do not remember sharing this image of a Ceviche I got a few days ago, but it was pretty delicious! What more could you want? White fish, calamari, shrimp, red onions, cilantro, salt, and pepper, with canchas, Peruvian corn, AND sweet potato? That's heaven.

DO you like Ceviche? Have you tried it before? Will you think about making some home made ceviche?

I had not seen a ceviche with corn, nor Peruvian corn. Here is a type of grain called white beans, which is very similar to the one you show. It is delicious because they are large grains with a flavor very similar to potatoes.

Definitely a delicious looking dish.
