Looking For A Different Second Job
For the past few months, I’ve been juggling two jobs—one as a baker and the other in construction—but I’ve recently left the construction industry. Honestly, it came down to the unreliable pay. Things had been getting complicated, though it wasn’t all that bad.
To be clear, the second job wasn’t essential. My bakery job still covers my monthly expenses, including rent, food, commuting, and my cellphone bill. I even have enough left over to enjoy some luxuries, if I want to. Still, I’ve realized it’s time to find a second job that values my labor and pays me on time. I use the income from the second job primarily to save for bigger goals and things I’m planning for the future.
Even if I don't find a second job, the income I make from my current job will also go to my stocks and other investments. Plus, I can always spend more time writing articles here. Even $10 or $20 a month here is still some good money to save. We'll see what happens!
