My New Racoon Friend at the Stream

I went back to the stream and I was able to get a better look at the racoons that has been in the area. This time I only saw one of them—a large one. It didn't notice I was here until I made a noise which stopped it in its tracks. Who knows what it was thinking. First it looked down at the stream and back at me—it looked up towards higher ground and its eyes returned to me. I suppose I was in its way as it was deciding where to go. It decided to go low.

Cautiously, I didn't move much but I did point at it and pointed at the stream. Once it was perpendicular to me and the stream it casually walked off in the way it was heading. Such an interesting animal.
