Progressive Latinos are Begging for Right-wing Latino Support

On TikTok, I did a livestream with some progressives who wanted to hear my take on making compromises with left-wing Latinos regarding immigration policies. Both of the people I spoke with were Latino themselves, and they argued that Latinos—whether on the right or the left—need to unite when it comes to immigration.

Honestly, I found their whole "unity" pitch laughable. They want to talk about unity now, after spending the last decade dismissing right-wing Latinos—calling us "wannabe whities," belittling our views as "white-passing," and treating us like traitors. But now that they’re losing ground, they suddenly want to come back to us with big smiles, acting like we’re all "primos." So, naturally, I threw it back in their faces.

I made it crystal clear: the time for compromise is over. We had decades to find common ground on immigration reform and enforcement, but the right was ignored and sidelined. Now that Trump is in office with his no-nonsense approach, we’re deep in the "Find Out" phase of "Fuck Around and Find Out."

After decades of inaction from Democrats, progressives are scrambling for allies, but right-wing Latinos aren’t falling for their manipulative game. We're done playing nice.
