We all know why they're doing it too, protect themselves against sanctions... As well as have more economic independence from us and Europe
They are considering OIL as part of the commodities basket to backup BRICS.
Gold, food & energy, stuff everyone needs as compared to OUR leaders who think we don't need this stuff.
