Ur spot on! It was obvious to me in 2021 wish they made ridiculous promises on Cub of like 70% APR. I said it then that either the rate isn’t reliable or the value of product will collapse. It is always scammy vibes with Leo.

I asked yesterday and have not yet received an answer. According to a Leo post on the subject, you get about 60% back (from 3700 HBD).
Got an answer, unfortunately no concrete schedule, but at least that it's be done as fast as possible. A big amount of tickets are outstanding and must be checked manually.
Unfortunately not surprising, personally not a fan of how Leo in general has been run past few years. The Cub finance thing really did it for me. The 70% plus APR promises were just obviously impossible to maintain and it just left a bad taste with me.
