I had an issue during intro at the house so I removed a portion. Don’t mind the random start above. Just talking Hive and Dollar action mainly. The bond and dollar moves continued today showing it’s not a one off. Bitcoin and crypto overall as are metals moving lower but crypto definitely taking the prize for leg lower reaction while gold is where it was 24 hours ago & silver a bit lower. Stocks basically flat or up a little after crashing hard yesterday.

The DHF is definitely an issue...but I think most of the largest stakeholders are in favor of the current system. Let's see where things go and I don't blame people for selling out a bit while prices were higher. I don't plan on doing that though. Hive seems to be just following the market.

Hive's performance is genuinely shocking.

It was at 40 cents in March, 30 cents in June, it's now 22 cents. My theory is that people who hodled in March then kicked themselves for not cashing out. So when the price pumped on 13th Nov, everyone hit power down. The selling won't stop till about mid Feb when the 13 weeks are up.

Alts are having a tough time this cycle because retail investors have no spare cash due to inflation and the highest interest rates since 2007.

It’s much more simple. The DHF is printing our entire market cap value in past 14 months. It’s killing us.

But Alts overall I agree, also rates are much higher and it’s not the central bank actions of 2017 or 2021 especially. Most Alts will not see 2021 highs this cycle nor should most. Select few will though.
