It looks like it's the season for carnival in different parts of the world because I read about a carnival from another yesterday. He had a Knight costume for the carnival and I can tell he had lots of fun.

I can tell that it is a massive celebration at your end as well and the bands must have graced the event very well.

Yes, I read that one, too. He was in the Netherlands celebrating his birthday.

Indeed, it is a huge deal here. Last time I was in Cologne I was standing in front of a museum. Sign said open 362 days of the year. Only closed for the three days of Karneval.
