I agree! Depending on how this goes, every one of my posts from now on will distribute a percentage of author rewards to my commentators (bots excluded). !BBH

I rarely post anything but I like the interactions in the comments and give them (most of the time) 50%+ votes as a thank-you and Appreciation for the comments. The number of meaningful comments under most posts has generally gone down over time but hopefully, this comment rewarder can motivate more ppl to write comments, especially in this time of swiping and consuming

Yes and encourage authors to interact and upvote and reward, even if the upvote itself doesn't reward. It is more of a gift when it's given from the author's share. !BBH
