It was a feast! We gathered around the table at my wife's family mean and enjoyed smoked turkey, parsnips, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green bean casserole, cranberry sauce,

We even had soda to drink, which is a special treat for us.

The table was set beautifully, with fancy plates and candles. After enjoying a festive meal together, we spent the evening in conversation and games in the basement for the little ones.

It was a pleasant evening!
