We're getting our final harvests of zucchini and green beans and tomatoes.

I'm still finding green beans on the plants and flowers which means more will continue to come in. Some have gotten so large that I'm not picking them so they can go to seed for next year.

We have two volunteer pumpkins growing from our compost bin. They're small now, but I expect they will get plump by this time next month. We even have a third beginning to grow!

Our compost is growing also, full of lots of good compostable egg shells, coffee grounds, weeds, expired fruits and vegitables. We finally have straw to cover it all to keep it neat and tidy!

We have a new watermelon growing, we hope it'll get big this time!

The tomatoes and beans may be done, but we have mellons on the horizon! And potatoes too!
