I also hate it when I wake up and can't get back to sleep. However I realized that it's either because of an ongoing sickness/inflammation or maybe I just have a lot of thoughts on my mind. I rather prefer to get quality sleep, but over the years it's not been the same.

I hear you there all too well. I remember when I was 21 I could sleep eight hours straight, those days are long gone! lol
