CROWNREND: My gaming activity + My financial results after 69 days

It has been more than 30 days since my last post on Crownrend because it was February 14 when I shared my gaming activity and my progress on this game.

I have not posted recent posts on Crownrend but I have continued to play with a good frequency even though, due to my little free time that I have to divide between so many games, I have never made the number of claims that I could have made.
In fact, I manage to make an average of two claims a day while I could make at least four claims a day but I am still happy to be able to play many Hive-based games instead of focusing on a single game.

The latest game I have added to my list of games in which I am an active player is Crownrend.
Crownrend is a Hive based browser incremental, semi-idle, online strategy game.

I started playing on Crowrend on January 9, 2025, one day after its release, and today, March 19, 2025, is 69 days since my first claim.

My game activity and progress

In the last 33 days I have improved some of my game statistics.

In the next image you can see the game statistics I had on February 14, 2025, 33 days ago.

Compared to 33 days ago, I have improved 6 of my 9 stats:

  • Army Strength: 9 -> 11
  • Army Tactics: 4 -> 6
  • Army Morale: 3 -> 4
  • Army Toughness: 7 -> 8
  • Army Speed: 6 -> 7
  • Army Leadership: 4
  • Tax Efficiency: 4
  • Mine Level: 1
  • Vault Level: 2 -> 4

In idle games I like to focus more on attack stats than defense stats because:

  • attacking other players (and also suffering attacks) is one of the aspects I consider most fun in idle/incremental games
  • my work schedule does not allow me to be consistent in making the claim every 4 hours, so attacks are the main source of my DENAR earnings.

In fact, also in the other two idle/incremental games I play (Golem Overlord and Terracore) I have better attack stats than defense stats.

In the next image you can see my game stats on Golem Overlord where I have an attack stat almost twice as high as my defensive stat.

In idle games my game strategy is always strongly influenced by the value of the game tokens.

To date my game strategy has been:

  • I have upgraded 1 stat every 3 days to neutralize the effect of unrest.
  • I have sold surplus DENAR tokens to accumulate SWAP.HIVE that I can use to make progress in the game only when the DENAR token has a stable average value.

I followed this strategy because I have accumulated good experience in idle games over the years, and there is a common trend in idle games:

tokens in idle games tend to lose value over time to regain value in only two cases:

  • influx of new players
  • introduction of new use cases in-game.

This is exactly what happened for Terracore and Golem Overlord and is what has happened to date for Crownrend as well.

In fact, on January 9, 2025 1 DENAR was worth 1.51 SWAP.HIVE.
On the day January 11, 2025 1 DENAR was worth 0.60 SWAP.HIVE
On the 23rd day of January 2025 1 DENAR was worth 0.31 SWAP.HIVE
On February 14, 2025 1 DENAR was worth 0.117 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid Value)
Today, March 19, 2025 1 DENAR is worth 0.00058001 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid Value)

In a time interval of 33 days (February 14, 2025 - March 19, 2025) the DENAR token lost over 99% of its market value.

I like to play idle games and this decrease is not worrisome to me at all because I predicted it and wrote about it in my previous posts.
For me, the time is approaching when I can push on the accelerator and focus completely on upgrading my game stats instead of selling DENAR tokens.

Since my previous post, I have also started monitoring the value of the ORI token.
The ORI token also lost a lot of value but this decrease was also predictable.

Those who read my posts regularly and for example have read my previous initial posts about Terracore and Golem Overlord know well the strategy I apply in idle/incremental games:

  • I invest
  • then I reach the break-even point as quickly as possible by selling the gains produced by my gaming activity
  • I play and have fun
  • I wait until game tokens reach relatively stable values to make upgrades and to buy game tokens

My strategy on Crownrend was almost identical to the strategy I applied on Terracore and Golem Overlord and it turned out to be financially correct because my financial results were very positive.

On Crownrend I reached the break-even point after only 2 days of play.
From that moment Crownrend became a free to play game for me, and from that moment it also became a great investment from the financial point of view for me.

On Crownrend I initially invested 18.92 SWAP.HIVE.
From the first day of playing the game, I sold a portion of the DENAR tokens I earned.
To date I have sold 422.80 DENAR in exchange for 62.04 SWAP.HIVE

I enjoyed playing on Crownrend and at the same time I achieved two very good financial results:

  • Profit = +43.12 SWAP.HIVE
  • ROI = +228%

When the DENAR token will have a relatively stable value in a time interval of at least 20 days I will use part of the gain I made from selling DENAR tokens to grow faster in the game and improve my ranking.

Sono passati più di 30 giorni dal mio ultimo post su Crownrend perchè era il 14 febbraio quando ho condiviso la mia attività di gioco e miei progressi su questo gioco.

Non ho pubblicato post recenti su Crownrend ma ho continuato a giocare con una buona frequenza anche se, a causa del mio poco tempo libero che devo dividere tra tanti giochi, non ho mai fatto il numero di claims che avrei potuto fare.
Infatti riesco a fare in media due claims al giorno mentre ne potrei fare almeno quattro al giorno ma sono comunque contento di riuscire a giocare a molti Hive-based games invece di focalizzarmi su un singolo gioco.

L'ultimo gioco che ho aggiunto alla mia lista di giochi in cui sono un giocatore attivo è Crownrend.

Rispetto a 33 giorni fa ho migliorato 4 delle mie 9 statistiche:

  • Army Strength: 9 -> 11
  • Army Tactics: 4 -> 6
  • Army Morale: 3 -> 4

  • Army Leadership: 4

  • Mine Level: 1

Negli idle games mi piace focalizzarmi più sulle statistiche di attacco che sulle statistiche di difesa perchè:

  • attaccare gli altri giocatori (e anche subire gli attacchi) è uno degli aspetti che considero più divertenti negli idle/incremental games
  • i miei impegni lavorativi non mi permettono di essere costante nel fare il claim ogni 4 ore e quindi gli attacchi sono la fonte principale dei miei guadagni in DENAR.

Infatti anche negli altri due idle/incremental game a cui gioco ([Golem Overlord](Golem Overlord) e [Terracore](Terracore)) ho statistiche di attacco migliori rispetto alle statistiche di difesa.

Nella prossima immagine puoi vedere le mie statistiche di gioco su Golem Overlord dove ho una statistica di attacco quasi il doppio più alta della mia statistica difensiva.

Negli idle games la mia strategia di gioco è sempre fortemente influenzata dal valore dei token del gioco.

Fino ad oggi la mia strategia di gioco è stata:

  • ho fatto un upgrade di 1 statistica ogni 3 giorni per annullare l'effetto dell'unrest.
  • ho venduto i token DENAR in surplus per accumulare SWAP.HIVE che potrò utilizzare per fare progressi nel gioco solo quando il token DENAR avrà un valore mediamente stabile.

Ho seguito questa strategia perchè in questi anni ho accumulato una buona esperienza negli idle games e c'è una tendenza comune negli idle games:

I token degli idle games tendono a perdere valore con il passare del tempo per riprendere valore solo in due casi:

  • afflusso di nuovi giocatori
  • introduzione di nuovi casi d'uso in-game

E' esattamente quello che è avvenuto per Terracore e per Golem Overlord ed è quello che è avvenuto fino ad oggi anche per Crownrend.

Infatti il giorno 9 gennaio 2025 1 DENAR valeva 1.51 SWAP.HIVE
Il giorno 11 gennaio 2025 1 DENAR valeva 0.60 SWAP.HIVE
Il giorno 23 gennaio 2025 1 DENAR valeva 0.31 SWAP.HIVE
Il giorno 14 febbraio 2025 1 DENAR valeva 0.117 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid Value)
Oggi 19 marzo 2025 1 DENAR ha un valore di 0.00058001 SWAP.HIVE (Highest Bid Value)

In un intervallo di tempo di 33 giorni (14 febbraio 2025 - 19 marzo 2025) il token DENAR ha perso oltre il 99% del suo valore di mercato.

A me piace giocare agli idle games e questa diminuzione non è assolutamente preoccupante per me perchè l'avevo prevista e scritta nei miei precedenti post.
Per me si sta avvicinando il momento in cui potrò spingere sull'accelleratore e focalizzarmi completamente sull'upgrade delle mie statistiche di gioco invece di vendere i token DENAR.

Dal mio precedente post ho iniziato a monitorare anche il valore del token ORI.
Anche il token ORI ha perso molto valore ma anche questa diminuzione era prevedibile.

La valutazione finanziaria della mia attività di gioco dopo 69 giorni

Chi legge regolarmente i miei post e ad esempio ha letto i miei post su Terracore e Golem Overlord conosce bene la strategia che seguo negli idle/incremental games:

  • investo
  • poi raggiungo il punto di pareggio nel più breve tempo possibile vendendo i guadagni prodotti dalla mia attività di gioco
  • gioco e mi diverto
  • aspetto che i token del gioco raggiungono valori relativamente stabili per fare gli upgrade e per acquistare i token del gioco

La mia strategia su Crownrend è stata quasi identica alla strategia che ho applicato su Terracore e su Golem Overlord e si è rivelata corretta dal punto di vista finanziario perchè i miei risultati finanziari sono stati molto positivi.

Su Crownrend ho raggiunto il punto di pareggio dopo soli 2 giorni di gioco.
Da quel momento Crownrend è diventato per me un free to play game e da quel momento è diventato anche un ottimo investimento dal punto di finanziario per me.

Su Crownrend ho investito inizialmente 18.92 SWAP.HIVE
Fin dal primo giorno di gioco ho venduto una parte dei token DENAR che ho guadagnato.
Fino ad oggi ho venduto 422.80 DENAR in cambio di 62.04 SWAP.HIVE

Mi sono divertito a giocare su Crownrend e allo stesso tempo ho ottenuto due ottimi risultati finanziari:

Quando il token DENAR avrà un valore relativamente stabile in un intervallo di tempo di almeno 20 giorni utilizzerò parte del guadagno che ho ottenuto vendendo i token DENAR per crescere più velocemente nel gioco e migliorare la mia posizione in classifica.

L'importante è che investi solo quello che ti produce divertimento nel gioco perchè in questo caso non c'è perdita perchè paghi un divertimento. Per quanto riguarda il valore dei token personalmente non vedo motivi per cui il token possa aumentare di valore e probabilmente calerà ancora.
Senza nuovi giocatori e senza nuove funzionalità i valori calano sempre soprattutto in un gioco come questo che permette i multi-accounts

I have been following a similar strategy with unrest. I haven't upgraded my stats as much, but I wonder how that much DENAR is generated. I wonder if there is a lot of accounts or if the gear adds that much DENAR for people.

DENAR production depends on the number of players and production statistics. The decision to allow multiaccounts has accelerated the production of DENAR resulting in an accelerated decrease in the value of tokens.
Without new players or new features, the token will continue to lose value

Anch'io mi aspettavo un calo di valore, ma devo dire che qui il valore è più che calato... è sprofondato negli abissi 🤣 comunque la cosa bella è che adesso acquistare anche qualche migliaio di DENAR non costa praticamente nulla!

Voglio però seguire la tua strategia ed aspettare che il valore sia più stabile, perchè ora come ora potrebbe continuare a calare ancora di più e non mi va di sprecare 2000/3000 SHARD per un token che magari fra un mese vale un decimo di oggi... anche perchè a questo ritmo servirebbe produrne quantità enormi per riuscire a tirarci fuori anche solo qualche Hive ogni tanto.

Considera che il token DENAR ha un valore più alto dei token SCRAP e PART e quindi potrebbe diminuire ancora.
Negli idle games senza valore stabile io non acquisto ;)
Spero che il team pensi a nuove funzionalità in-game anche perchè la scelta di consentire il multiaccounts ha accellerato la perdita di valore del token

Farò esattamente come te, non mi lascerò tentare e per ora aspetterò pazientemente.

Fra questo e/o i bots sembra che non si riesca praticamente mai ad avere un gioco che non consenta comportamenti del cavolo da parte dei giocatori... meglio il multiaccounts dei bots, però onestamente ho visto certi utenti avere così tanti account che la differenza rispetto ad un'orda di bots è davvero minima.

I keep playing because it is a game that takes little time to play, I don't invest because the value of the tokens might decrease yet but I keep playing because if the team introduces new features in the future there might be a future increase
