I like to share on my Hive blog my progress, thoughts and news about almost every Hive game I play and today it is the turn of dCrops.

Today is September 3, 2023, in real life the summer season will end in 20 days while on dCrops the summer has started less than a day and will end in 14 days and 6 hours.

dCrops is a farming play to earn game developed and built on the Hive blockchain and I have been a dCrops player for more than two years because I started playing during May 2021.

There is no major news to record this season except that the 1 Million SPS Delegation Giveaway promotion is also active in the current season.

My Spring Report and My Early Summer Operativeness + Focus on Quests and 1 Million SPS Delegation Giveaway!

To check my progress on dCrops season by season I take note of four pieces of information:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

By comparing the final values with the initial values I can have a concise and compact view of the status of my investment in dCrops.

In the following table you can see the results I achieved in the spring season.

The value of my card collection after the strong increase in value I recorded at the beginning of the previous season (+45.35%) loses -75.19 SWAP.HIVE = -3.50% market value.
This is a relatively small decrease in value especially considering that I made no purchases or sales of NFTs in the spring season.

Increasing as always is the value in Share points of my inventory which I will only use during the next dCrops event.
The value in Shares points of my inventory increased by +9.49% while the amount of CROP in my possession increased by only +0.14% also due to the many times I had to use the Reroll function to complete the spring seasonal quests.

The large difference in seasonal percentage increase between my Shares points (+9.49%) and the amount of CROP tokens (+0.14%) is the effect of my event-oriented strategy because in all seasons leading up to the start of the next event organized by dCrops:

• I will only sell crops to complete quests until the start of the next event
• I will sell all other crops only during the next event so as to gain an initial advantage = more points to use in the Event Shop.

My CROP Power has decreased by a very small amount: -7.38 CROP POWER = -0.01%.

A CROP Power score above 20000 allows you to receive a daily reward in HIVE tokens.

With my CROP POWER = 64067.49 I received just over 1.5 HIVE in the spring season and the last daily reward I received in my wallet was 0.100 HIVE with a decrease of 0.007 HIVE from the beginning of the previous season.

In the spring season I completed all seasonal quests even though I had to use the Reroll feature 15 times which is my biggest negative record since the seasonal quests were activated.

With 15 Rerolls I spent 150 CROP but I hope in this new start of the season to get lucky and return to my usual average of 3-4 Rerolls per season.

Today I made the spring quests rewards claim and in the following image you can see what I found inside the 14 chests I opened.

I was unlucky because I found only 1 NFT of type resource: Wood
The market value of NFT Wood is:

• 2,230 HIVE
• 785 CROP

If you are a new player always remember:

• to Claim the Rewards before clicking on Get New Quests.
• to claim the new quests before planting the seeds for the new season because otherwise you might have a lot of difficulties to complete the quests ;)

Also this season completing the quests will be doubly important for me and for those like me who play du dCrops but also on Splinterlands because the first 200 players who complete the seasonal quests will receive a delegation of 5000 SPS for 15 days made available by @seeyouinlumb who is one of the top players on dCrops.

Since the beginning of the dCrops-Splinterlands promotion, I have always received the delegation and I would like to keep it active this season as well because I play Splinterlands regularly and losing the delegation would cause a decrease in my SPS Boost which right now is x10.42 (Gold I league).

In the image below you can see the 7 new quests that I need to complete before the end of the summer season.

The quests can be of three types:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

I received:

• 3 plant-type quests of which only one cannot be completed because I have no Eggplant seeds
• 3 Harvest type quests of which only one cannot be completed
• 1 easily completed Sell type quest

Out of 7 quests I only receive 2 uncompletable quests and this is definitely a good starting point compared to the previous season where I only received two starting completable quests.

Luck and bad luck often balance each other out in the long run and this season I was definitely very lucky compared to the previous season because in order to get 7 completable quests I only had to use the Reroll feature 3 times and I only spent 30 CROP.

The next step in managing seasonal quests is the Planting operation executable from the Farm section of dCrops.

In the following image you can see all the seeds that I can plant in the spring season.

In my legendary land Fairy Garden and in 2 Awesome Land I used Speed-gro and Ferti-plus boosters to have accelerated and better production of my legendary and epic seeds that have the special ability "keeps producing till season ends."

This season I also decided to use 8 mystery seeds.

Unfortunately, no seed turned into a legendary seed, but I will still have as a positive effect an increase in my seasonal production.

In the following image you can see all seeds I planted today.

In the following image you can see the current status of my seasonal quests.

Thanks to the use of Speed Grow boosters even in the plots where I planted 12 Turnip seeds I will only have to wait 5 days instead of 7 to complete all the seasonal quests and to reapply for the delegation of 5000 SPS for 15 days.

I conclude this post of mine by sharing the following table in which you can see the calculation of the difference in value (in dollars and HIVE) of CROP tokens over a time interval of 12 days (August 22, 2023 - September 03, 2023).

In a 12-day time interval, the HIVE token loses value: -2.14% against the dollar.
The CROP token, on the other hand, registers a positive change in value against the dollar and also against HIVE:

• CROP:
• +9.19% compared to the dollar value it had 12 days ago (Highest Bid Market Value)
• +5.89% compared to the dollar value it had 12 days ago (Lowest Ask Market Value)

dCrops is one of my favorite farming games because it requires little time to manage and because it has so far produced very positive results for me.
So far I have only played the Farming mode of dCrops but I would like to start trying and playing in the other game modes and I hope to be able to do so in the current season.

Mi piace condividere sul mio Hive blog i miei progressi, le mie considerazioni e le novità su quasi tutti gli Hive games a cui gioco e oggi è il turno di dCrops.

Oggi è il 3 settembre 2023, nella vita reale la stagione estiva terminerà tra 20 giorni mentre su dCrops l'estate è iniziata da meno di un giorno e terminerà tra 14 ore e 6 ore.

dCrops è un gioco di farming play to earn sviluppato e costruito sulla blockchain di Hive e io sono un giocatore di dCrops da più di due anni perchè ho iniziato a giocare durante il mese di maggio 2021.

Non c'è nessuna novità di rilievo da registrare in questa stagione tranne il fatto che la promozione 1 Million SPS Delegation Giveaway è attiva anche nella stagione in corso.

Il mio Report primaverile e la mia operatività di inizio estate

Per controllare i miei progressi su dCrops stagione dopo stagione ho preso l'abitudine ad ogni inizio di stagione di annotarmi quattro informazioni:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

Dal confronto tra i valori finali e i valori iniziali posso averre una visione sintetica e compatta dello stato del mio investimento su dCrops.

Nel prospetto seguente puoi vedere i risultati che ho ottenuto nella stagione primaverile.

Il valore della mia collezione di carte dopo il forte incremento di valore che ho registrato all'inizio della precedente stagione (+45.35%) perde -75.19 SWAP.HIVE = -3.50% di valore di mercato.
E' una diminuzione di valore relativamente piccola soprattutto considerando che nella stagione primaverile non ho fatto acquisti o vendite di NFTs.

Aumenta come sempre il valore in punti Shares del mio inventario che utilizzerò solo durante il prossimo evento di dCrops.
Il valore in punti Share del mio inventario è aumentato del +9.49% mentre il quantitativo di CROP in mio possesso è aumentato di solo il +0.14% anche per effetto delle tante volte che ho dovuto utilizzare la funzione Reroll per completare le quests stagionali primaverili.

La grande differenza di incremento percentuale stagionale tra i miei punti Shares (+7.46%) e il quantitativo di CROP tokens (-0.04%) è l'effetto della mia strategia event-oriented perchè in tutte le stagioni che precederanno l'inizio del prossimo evento organizzato da dCrops:

• venderò solo i crops per completare le quests fino all'inizio del prossimo evento
• venderò tutti gli altri crops solo durante il prossimo evento in modo da ottenere un vantaggio iniziale = un numero maggiore di punti da utilizzare nell'Event Shop.

Il mio CROP Power è diminuito di un valore molto piccolo: -7.38 CROP POWER = -0.01%.

Un punteggio CROP Power superiore a 20000 permette di ricevere una ricompensa giornaliera in token HIVE.

Con il mio CROP POWER = 64067.49 ho ricevuto poco più di 1.5 HIVE nella stagione primaverile e l'ultima ricompensa giornaliera che ho ricevuto nel mio wallet è stata di 0.100 HIVE con una diminuzione di 0.007 HIVE rispetto all'inizio della stagione precedente.

Nella stagione primaverile ho completato tutte le quests stagionali anche se ho dovuto utilizzare la funzionalità Reroll 15 volte che è il mio più grande record negativo da quando sono state attivate le quests stagionali.

Con 15 Reroll ho speso 150 CROP ma spero in questo nuovo inizio di stagione di avere fortuna e ritornare alla mia media usuale di 3-4 Reroll a stagione.

Oggi ho fatto il claim delle ricompense delle quests primaverili e nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere cosa ho trovato all'interno dei 14 forzieri che ho aperto.

Sono stato sfortunato perchè ho trovato solo 1 NFT di tipo resource: Wood
Il valore di mercato dell'NFT Wood è di:

• 2.230 HIVE
• 785 CROP

Se sei un nuovo giocatore ricordati sempre:

• di fare il Claim delle Rewards prima di cliccare su Get New Quests
• di richiedere le nuove quests prima di piantare i semi per la nuova stagione perchè altrimenti potresti avere molte difficoltà a completare le quests ;)

Anche in questa stagione completare le quests sarà doppiamente importante per me e per chi come me gioca su dCrops ma anche su Splinterlands. perchè i primi 200 giocatori che completeranno le quests stagionali riceveranno una delega di 5000 SPS per 15 giorni messa a disposizione da @seeyouinlumb che è uno dei top player di dCrops.

Dall'inizio della promozione dCrops-Splinterlands ho sempre ricevuto la delega e mi piacerebbe mantenerla attiva anche in questa stagione perchè gioco regolarmente a Splinterlands e perdere la delega causerebbe una diminuzione del mio SPS Boost che in questo momento è di x10.42 (lega Gold I).

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le 7 nuove quests che devo completare prima della fine della stagione estiva.

Le quests possono essere di tre tipi:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

Ho ricevuto:

• 3 quests di tipo plant di cui solo una non completabile perchè non semi Eggplant
• 3 quests di tipo Harvest di cui solo una non completabile
• 1 quest di tipo Sell facilmente completabile

Su 7 quests ricevo solo 2 quests non completabili e questo è decisamente un buon punto di partenza rispetto alla precedente stagione in cui avevo ricevuto solo due quests completabili di partenza.

La fortuna e la sfortuna spesso si compensano nel lungo periodo e in questa stagione sono stato decisamente molto fortunato rispetto alla stagione precedente perchè per avere 7 quests completabili ho dovuto utilizzare la funzionalità Reroll solo 3 volte e ho speso solo 30 CROP.

Il passo successivo alla gestione delle quests stagionali è l'operazione di Planting eseguibile dalla sezione Farm di dCrops.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutti i semi che posso piantare nella stagione primaverile.

Nella mia land leggendaria Fairy Garden e in 2 Awesome Land ho utilizzato i boosters Speed-gro e Ferti-plus per avere una produzione accellerata e migliore dei miei semi leggendari ed epici che hanno l'abilità speciale "keeps producing till season ends".

In questa stagione ho deciso di utilizzare anche 8 mistery seeds

Purtroppo nessun seme si è trasformato in un seme leggendario ma avrò comunque come effetto positivo un aumento della mia produzione stagionale.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere l'attuale situazione delle mie quests stagionali.

Grazie all'utilizzo dei booster Speed Grow anche nei plots in cui ho piantato 12 Turnip seeds dovrò aspettare solo 5 giorni invece di 7 per completare tutte le quests stagionali e per richiedere nuovamente la delega di 5000 SPS per 15 giorni.

Concludo questo mio post condividendo il prospetto seguente nel quale puoi vedere il calcolo della differenza di valore (in dollari e in HIVE) dei token CROP in un intervallo di tempo di 12 giorni (22 agosto 2023 - 03 settembre 2023).

In un intervallo di tempo di 12 giorni il token HIVE perde valore: -2.14% rispetto al dollaro.
Il token CROP invece registra una variazione di valore positiva rispetto al dollaro e rispetto anche ad HIVE:

• CROP:
• +9.19% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 12 giorni fa (Highest Bid Market Value)
• +5.89% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 12 giorni fa (Lowest Ask Market Value)

dCrops è uno dei miei giochi di farming preferiti perchè richiede poco tempo per la sua gestione e perchè ha fino ad ora prodotto per me dei risultati molto positivi.
Fino ad oggi ho solo giocato alla modalità Farming di dCrops ma vorrei iniziare a provare e a giocare nelle altre modalità di gioco e spero di riuscire a farlo nella stagione in corso.
