Today is August 22, 2023, and only two days ago I was on vacation under an beach umbrella enjoying the beauty of the sea.
Unfortunately, vacations are always too short and it is necessary to return to the daily work routine....

While on vacation I devoted myself completely to my family and put on hold all other work and non-work activities that I do including the playful activities that I really enjoy doing such as playing Hive games.

For this reason I am late with my usual fortnightly report on dCrops which is one of the many Hive games I play or have invested in.

dCrops is a farming play to earn game developed and built on the Hive blockchain and I have been a dCrops player for more than two years: May 2021.

The current season on dCrops is spring which started almost 4 days ago and I have not yet claimed the rewards of seasonal quests and planted my seeds in the plots of my lands.

Even though I am late compared to previous seasons I should be able to complete all the game operations because if I have seeds with maturity times longer than 11 days I will use boosters to speed up production.

Also in this season and for the third consecutive season, the SPS delegation giveaway promotion is active, which will distribute a 5000 SPS delegation giveaway to the first 200 dCrops players who complete all seasonal quests** for a total of 1 million SPS delegation giveaway.

dCrops: My Winter Report and My Early Spring Operativeness + Focus on Quests and 1 Million SPS Delegation Giveaway!

As in my previous posts on dCrops I begin by sharing the results I have achieved during the winter season.

To check my progress on dCrops season by season I take note of four pieces of information:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

In this way at the beginning of each season I have a seasonal information table of the starting point and ending point of my virtual farm on dCrops in each season.
By comparing the final and initial values I can also get a compact view of the status of my investment on dCrops.

In the winter season I used 47 seed-type NFTs and you can see the type in the following screenshot that I took from the useful tool: https://h3m4n7.com/hive/nfts/dcrops

In the following table you can see the results I obtained in the winter season.

At the end of the previous two seasons (summer and fall) I had recorded a decrease in the value of my collection of NFTs:

• summer: -5.32%
• autumn: -4.03%.

I am very pleased to record a strong increase in the value of my card collection, which in a time interval of 17 days went from a value of 1478.06 SWAP.HIVE to a value of 2148.38 SWAP.HIVE and recorded the following positive results:

• +670.32 SWAP.HIVE
• +45.35%

This increase in value in all likelihood could have been influenced by the recent loss of value of the HIVE token against the dollar but I consider the current value of the HIVE token to be very undervalued and I am satisfied to record this increase which could also influence some of my financial choices in the coming days...

The value in Shares points of my inventory increased by +7.46% while the amount of CROP tokens in my possession decreased because at the beginning of the previous season I used the Reroll function six times for a total cost of 50 CROP tokens.

I always record a large difference in the seasonal percentage increase between my Shares points (+7.46%) and the amount of CROP tokens (-0.04%) because I chose to follow an event-oriented strategy because in all seasons leading up to the start of the next event organized by dCrops:

• I will only sell crops to complete quests until the start of the next event
• I will sell all other crops only during the next event so as to gain an initial advantage = more points to use in the Event Shop.

My CROP Power has increased by a very small amount (+53.77 CROP POWER) and this is one of the downsides of my event-oriented strategy because by not selling crops my CROP Power increases by small amounts.

So far and despite the downside I just explained to you, my event-oriented strategy has produced positive results, I don't know if it will continue to produce the same effects in the future but I hope it will continue.

With my CROP POWER = 64074.87 I receive a daily reward in HIVE tokens directly in my Hive Wallet and the last daily reward I received in my wallet was 0.107 HIVE with a monthly gain of just over 3 HIVE.

In the winter season I completed all seasonal quests even though I had to spend 50 CROP to get 5 new quests.

As a reward I received 14 Reward Chest but today I made a huge mistake because I got a work call before making the claim, got distracted and accidentally clicked on Get New Quests before clicking du Claim Reward.

Because of this I cannot share my seasonal reward but more importantly I cannot receive it :(

If you are a new player always remember:

• to Claim the Rewards before clicking on Get New Quests.
• to claim the new quests before planting the seeds for the new season because otherwise you might have a lot of difficulties to complete the quests ;)

Also this season completing the quests will be doubly important for me and for those like me who play du dCrops but also on Splinterlands because the first 200 players who complete the seasonal quests will receive a delegation of 5000 SPS for 15 days made available by @seeyouinlumb who is one of the top players on dCrops.

I still have the 5000 SPS staked delegation active but I'd like to maintain it because Splinterlands is my favorite blockchain-based game and I have an accumulation goal for SPS tokens: 100K SPS staked.

At the time of writing this post I am in Diamond II league and have an SPS Boost = x 8.41 and maintaining the 5000 SPS delegation would allow me to maintain this boost.

In the image below you can see the 7 new quests that I need to complete in the spring season to receive another seasonal reward hoping not to throw it away like I did today :(

The quests can be of three types:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

To my mistake in claiming the previous season's quests today, bad luck also intervened in the new seasonal quests because I receive:

• 4 plant-type quests of which only two can be completed
• 3 Harvest type quests of which none I can complete

Out of 7 quests I receive only 2 completable quests because I have no French Beans, Napa Cabbage and King type seeds in my card collection.

To get 7 completable quests I had to use the Reroll feature 15 times and spent 150 CROP which is my negative spending record for seasonal quests since the quests were activated.

I sold crops to complete Sell type quests and planted seeds to complete Plant type quests and in the following image you can see my new seasonal quests box.

I have completed all the quests except the Harvest type quest: Harvest 3 Tulip crops.

To complete this Harvest type quest faster, I used 1 Speed-Grow booster in the plots where I planted the Tulip seed.

Thanks to the Speed Grow booster I will only have to wait 1 day and 23h to harvest from the Tulip seed instead of waiting 3 days.

In just under 2 days I will be able to request the delegation of 5000 SPS in the events channel of dCrops' Discord server.

The next step after managing seasonal quests is the Planting operation executable from the Farm section of dCrops.

I conclude this post of mine by sharing the following table in which you can see the calculation of the difference in value (in dollars and HIVE) of CROP tokens over a time interval of 17 days (August 5, 2023 - August 22, 2023).

In a 17-day time interval, the HIVE token and the CROP token record a decrease in value against the dollar:

• HIVE: -19.02% compared to the dollar value it had 17 days ago.
• CROP:
• -11.98% compared to the dollar value it had 17 days ago (Highest Bid Market Value)
• -8.95% compared to the dollar value it had 17 days ago (Lowest Ask Market Value)

Both the HIVE token and the CROP token have lost value against the dollar over the past 17 days but Hive is in my opinion one of the blockchain projects with the most utility and for that reason it is also a very undervalued project considering the current market value of its token.

Hive at $0.28 is an opportunity for me to increase my influence on Hive and today I finished the conversion of the HBD tokens I had in my wallet and soon I will be able to make a nice Hive Power Up!

Oggi è il 22 agosto 2023 e solo due giorni fa ero in vacanza sotto un ombrellone a godermi la bellezza del mare.
Purtroppo le vacanze sono sempre troppo corte ed è necessario tornare alla routine lavorativa di tutti i giorni...

In vacanza mi sono dedicato completamente alla mia famiglia e ho messo in pausa tutte le altre attività lavorative e non lavorative che svolgo compreso le attività ludiche che mi piace molto fare come gli Hive games.

Per questo motivo sono in ritardo con il mio usuale report quindicinale su dCrops che è uno dei tanti Hive games a cui gioco o ho investito.

dCrops è un gioco di farming play to earn sviluppato e costruito sulla blockchain di Hive e io sono un giocatore di dCrops da più di due anni: maggio 2021.

La stagione in corso su dCrops è la primavera che è iniziata da quasi 4 giorni mentre io non ho ancora richiesto la ricompensa delle quests stagionali e non ho ancora piantato i miei semi nei plots delle mie lands.

Anche se sono in ritardo rispetto alle stagioni precedenti dovrei riuscire a completare tutte le operazioni di gioco perchè se avrò semi con tempi di maturazione superiore a 11 giorni userò dei boosters per velocizzare la produzione.

Anche in questa stagione e per la terza stagione consecutiva è attiva la promozione SPS delegation giveaway che distribuirà una delega da 5000 SPS ai primi 200 giocatori di dCrops che completeranno tutte le quests stagionali per un totale di 1 milione di SPS in delega da distribuire.

Il mio Report invernale e la mia operatività di inizio primavera

Come nei miei precedenti post su dCrops inizio dalla condivisione dei risultati che ho ottenuto durante la stagione invernale.

Per controllare i miei progressi su dCrops stagione dopo stagione ho preso l'abitudine ad ogni inizio di stagione di annotarmi quattro informazioni:

• My Account Value
• My Inventory Total Shares Value
• My total CROP tokens in my wallets (in-game wallet and Hive Engine wallet)
• My CROP Power

In questo modo ad ogni inizio stagione ho un mini-quadro informativo stagionale del punto di partenza e del punto di arrivo della mia fattoria virtuale su dCrops in ogni stagione.
Dal confronto tra i valori finali e i valori iniziali posso ottenere anche una visione compatta dello stato del mio investimento su dCrops.

Nella stagione invernale ho usato 47 NFTs di tipo seeds e puoi vedere la tipologia nello screenshot seguente che ho preso dall'utile tool: https://h3m4n7.com/hive/nfts/dcrops

Nel prospetto seguente puoi vedere i risultati che ho ottenuto nella stagione invernale.

Alla fine delle due precedenti stagioni (estate e autunno) avevo registrato una diminuzione del valore della mia collezione di NFTs:

• estate: -5.32%
• autunno: -4.03%

Mi fa molto piacere registrare un forte incremento del valore della mia collezione di carte che in un intervallo di tempo di 17 giorni passa da un valore di 1478.06 SWAP.HIVE ad un valore di 2148.38 SWAP.HIVE e registra i seguenti risultati positivi:

• +670.32 SWAP.HIVE
• +45.35%

Questo incremento di valore con molta probabiltià potrebbe essere stato influenzato dalla perdita di valore del token HIVE rispetto al dollaro ma poichè considero il valore attuale del token HIVE molto sottovalutato sono contento di registrare questo incremento che potrebbe anche influenzare alcune mie scelte finanziarie nei prossimi giorni...

Il valore in punti Shares del mio inventario è aumentato del +7.46% mentre il quantitativo di CROP in mio possesso è diminuito perchè all'inizio della precedente stagione ho utilizzato sei volte la funzione Reroll per un costo totale di 50 CROP.

Registro sempre una grande differenza di incremento percentuale stagionale tra i miei punti Shares (+7.46%) e il quantitativo di CROP tokens (-0.04%) perchè ho scelto di seguire una strategia event-oriented perchè in tutte le stagioni che precederanno l'inizio del prossimo evento organizzato da dCrops:

• venderò solo i crops per completare le quests fino all'inizio del prossimo evento
• venderò tutti gli altri crops solo durante il prossimo evento in modo da ottenere un vantaggio iniziale = un numero maggiore di punti da utilizzare nell'Event Shop.

Il mio CROP Power è aumentato di un valore molto piccolo (+53.77 CROP POWER) questo è uno dei lati negativi della mia strategia event oriented perchè non vendendo crops il mio CROP Power aumenta di piccole quantità.

Fino ad ora la mia strategia event-oriented ha prodotto risultati positivi, non so se continuerà a produrre gli stessi effetti in futuro ma spero che continui.

Con il mio CROP POWER = 64074.87 ricevo ogni giorno una ricompensa in token HIVE direttamente nel mio Hive Wallet e l'ultima ricompensa giornaliera che ho ricevuto nel mio wallet è stata di 0.107 HIVE con un guadagno mensile di poco superiore a 3 HIVE.

Nella stagione invernale ho completato tutte le quests stagionali anche se ho dovuto spendere 50 CROP per ottenere 5 nuove quests.

Come ricompensa ho ricevuto 14 Reward Chest ma oggi ho fatto un errore madornale perchè ho ricevuto una telefonata di lavoro prima di fare il claim, mi sono distratto e ho cliccato per sbaglio su Get New Quests prima di cliccare du Claim Reward.

Per questo motivo non posso condividere la mia ricompensa stagionale ma soprattutto non posso riceverla :(

Se sei un nuovo giocatore ricordati sempre:

• di fare il Claim delle Rewards prima di cliccare su Get New Quests
• di richiedere le nuove quests prima di piantare i semi per la nuova stagione perchè altrimenti potresti avere molte difficoltà a completare le quests ;)

Anche in questa stagione completare le quests sarà doppiamente importante per me e per chi come me gioca du dCrops ma anche su Splinterlands perchè i primi 200 giocatori che completeranno le quests stagionali riceveranno una delega di 5000 SPS per 15 giorni messa a disposizione da @seeyouinlumb che è uno dei top player di dCrops.

Ho ancora attiva la delega di 5000 SPS staked ma mi piacerebbe continuare a mantenerla perchè Splinterlands è il mio gioco basato su blockchain preferito e ho un obiettivo di accumulo per i token SPS: 100K SPS staked.

Nel momento in cui scrivo questo post sono in lega Diamond II e ho un SPS Boost = x 8.41 e mantenere la delega da 5000 SPS mi permetterebbe di mantenere questo boost.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere le 7 nuove quests che devo completare nella stagione primaverile per ricevere un'altra ricompensa stagionale sperando di non buttarla via come ho fatto oggi :(

Le quests possono essere di tre tipi:

• Sell
• Harvest
• Plant

Al mio errore nel claim delle quests della stagione precedente si aggiunge la sfortuna nelle nuove quests stagionali perchè ricevo:

• 4 quests di tipo plant di cui solo due completabili
• 3 quests di tipo Harvest di cui nessuna posso completare

Su 7 quests ricevo solo 2 quests completabili perchè non ho semi di tipo French Beans, Napa Cabbage e King nella mia collezione di carte.

Per avere 7 quests completabili ho dovuto utilizzare la funzionalità Reroll 15 volte e ho speso 150 CROP che è il mio record negativo di spesa per le quests stagionali da quando sono state attivate le quests.

Ho venduto i crops per completare le quests di tipo Sell e ho piantato i seeds per completare le quests di tipo Plant e nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere il mio nuovo riquadro delle quests stagionali.

Ho completato tutte le quests tranne la quest di tipo Harvest: Harvest 3 Tulip crops.

Per completare più velocemente questa quest di tipo Harvest ho utilizzato 1 booster Speed-Grow nel plots in cui ho piantato il seme Tulip.

Grazie al booster Speed Grow dovrò aspettare solo 1 giorno e 23h per effettuare l'harvest dal seme Tulip invece di aspettare 3 giorni.

Fra poco meno di 2 giorni potrò richiedere la delega di 5000 SPS nel canale events del server Discord di dCrops.

Il passo successivo alla gestione delle quests stagionali è l'operazione di Planting eseguibile dalla sezione Farm di dCrops.

Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutti i semi che posso piantare nella stagione primaverile.

Concludo questo mio post condividendo il prospetto seguente nel quale puoi vedere il calcolo della differenza di valore (in dollari e in HIVE) dei token CROP in un intervallo di tempo di 17 giorni (5 agosto 2023 - 22 agosto 2023).

In un intervallo di tempo di 17 giorni il token HIVE e il token CROP registrano una diminuzione di valore rispetto al dollaro:

• HIVE: -19.02% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 17 giorni fa.
• CROP:
• -11.98% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 17 giorni fa (Highest Bid Market Value)
• -8.95% rispetto al valore in dollari che aveva 17 giorni fa (Lowest Ask Market Value)

Sia il token HIVE che il token CROP hanno perso valore rispetto al dollaro negli ultimi 17 giorni ma Hive è secondo me uno dei progetti blockchain con più utilità e per questo motivo è anche un progetto molto sottovalutato considerando il valore attuale di mercato del suo token.

Hive a 0.28$ è per me un occasione per aumentare la mia influenza su Hive e oggi ho concluso la conversione dei token HBD che avevo nel mio wallet e presto potrò fare un bel Hive Power Up!
