I am a Splinterlands player since October 2019 and after almost four years since my first game battle Splinterlands is still my favorite play to earn blockchain game and I still enjoy playing ranked battles and still enjoy increasing the battle strength of my card collection.

After July 25, 2023 my entertainment increased because anti-bots measures were introduced in the Modern Format and because playing against real players like me is much more fun than playing against "cold and over-efficient" bots.

After the introduction of the anti-bots measures the rewards in SPS tokens for real players playing in the Modern Format also increased as you can see from the data in the Reward Pool Statistics section of Splex.gg (https://splex.gg/tools/reward_pools).

If I had the full power to introduce changes to my favorite blockchain game I would immediately introduce anti-bots measures in the Wild Format as well.
An alternative solution would be to create a third format that I would call BOT format in which I would make only bots play and to which I would allocate only 20% of the Reward Pool.

Unfortunately, I do not have this power but I hope that in the future the Wild Format will also be freed from bots.

From August 10 to August 20, I was on vacation with my family, and because of that I started playing in the current season a few days late.

When there are 7 days and 20 hours left until the end of the current season, I am in league Diamond I of Modern Format with a rating = 3166 points.

My goal for the season is to finish the season at least in the Diamond I league in order to restart the following season from the Diamond III league without having to back down to the Gold I league.

It is a goal within my reach because it is a goal I have achieved in the previous two seasons, so I should be able to achieve it this season as well.

However, I also want to try to increase my win rate which would help me speed up the accumulation of SPS tokens to reach my goal of 100K SPS staked.
To increase my win rate I need to increase the battle strength of my card collection.

There are many ways to choose which cards to buy or level up, and the ways I like to use are varied.

Often to choose my purchase/upgrade goals I start from a battle rule as I have shown in my following and previous two posts.

Other times I like to start with an ability that I think is very useful in battle and through the useful filters of Peakmonsters I compare and evaluate cards that have that ability.

In today's post I want to show an additional starting point that I use to choose purchase/upgrade targets: the Missing BCX feature.

There are two sites that have this functionality and that I like to use:

• Splintercards: Missing BCX Tool
• Splex.GG: Missing BCX Buyer

However, from Splintercards it is not possible to sort the results by Price to max.

This is why recently I prefer to use the Missing BCX feature of Splex.gg because unlike Splintercards it allows you to sort the results with more search filters.

Today I went to https://splex.gg/market/missing_bcx and after entering my In Game Name I clicked on Check Collection

Then I selected the Market Filters that you can see in the image below to include in the results only cards that can be used in the Modern Format (Modern Only).

Then I sorted the results by the value of the Estimated Price column to find possible card targets to upgrade to the highest level that have a relatively low cost to me.

Thanks to the Missing BCX Buyer feature today I upgraded several cards that I had in my collection that had an upgrade cost of less than $10, and in this post I share 5 upgrades goals that I completed today.

The first result I obtained using the Missing BCX feature was the Chaos Knight card for which I only had to spend $0.180 to reach the maximum level.

Chaos Knight of level 9 is a card I like to use when the battle rules are Melee Mayem and Super Sneak.

I made this upgrade right away given the really low cost I had to incur.

In passing from level 9 to level 10 my Chaos Knight only gains 1 more life point but the upgrade cost is really low and in my opinion it was worth it to me to do it.

To purchase 5 BCX of Chaos Knight, however, I did not use splex.gg's market because the cashback is lower than the cashback offered by Monstermarket which in the case of buying cards immediately is my first choice option while I use Peakmonsters when I have to make Bid purchase offers.

I spent 240.50 DEC and received a cashback of 8.62 DEC

As my second goal of upgrading to the highest level, I chose Venari Bonesmith.

This was another low-cost upgrade because I spent just over $1 for 26 BCXs

In upgrading from level 7 to level 8 my Venari Bonesmith gained the Dispel ability which is a very useful ability particularly against cards that have the Bloodlust ability.

I made this upgrade with the Little League battle rule in mind where Venari Bonesmith becomes a very useful card.

As the third upgrade target at the highest level at low cost I chose Ever-Hungry Skull.

I have 118 BCX in my collection and need to purchase another 282 BCX for the maximum level.

I purchased 282 BCX from Monstermarket and spent $2.23 = 2820 DEC

In the transition from level 6 to level 10 my Ever-Hungry Skull acquired:

• +1 speed point: 3->4
• +2 armor points: 9->11
• + Return Fire ability

An inexpensive upgrade that will be especially useful to me in battles with precise battle rules such as battles where magic cards cannot be used: Lost Magic + Equalizer.

The Splinterguide site also gives a good rating to Ever-Hungry Skull in Diamond+ leagues: rating 6.9 which is a good rating considering the very low cost of this card.

As a fourth upgrade goal to the highest level at relatively low cost, I chose Pecalor Arbalest.

Pelacor Arbalest is especially useful in battles that have the rulesets: Going to Distance,
Earthquacke, Close Range and Unprotected.

I purchased 54 BCX and spent $5.07 = 6402.72 DEC + estimated cashback: 153.69 DEC

In the transition from level 6 to level 8 my Pelacor Arbalest acquired +1 attack point which thanks to the Double Strike skill equals +2 attack points.

As the fifth upgrade target at the highest level at relatively low cost, I chose Regal Peryton.

I purchased 67 BCX and spent $6,899 = 8706.46 DEC + estimated cashback: 208.95 DEC

In the transition from level 4 to level 8 my Regal Peryton acquired:

• +1 speed point: 6->7
• +2 life points: 6->8
• +1 attack point: 2->3

My Regal Peryton from level 4 to level 8 has jumped up quite a bit and will be especially useful in battles that have rulesets: Wands Out and Earthquake.

Today I added 5 maximum level cards to my card collection that will be particularly useful in increasing my win rate in the Mondern Format ranked battles.

I made inexpensive upgrades by speeding up the process of choosing which cards to upgrade by using the Missing BCX feature I wanted to show in this post, which is a very useful feature.

In my opinion, this is also a good time to shop for cards because when phase 1.5 of lands begins, the cards may have a greater demand and thus may increase in value as may the DEC tokens that will be needed to activate the production of worker cards in the land plots (this is my personal opinion and is not financial advice).

Sono un giocatore di Splinterlands dal mese di ottobre del 2019 e dopo quasi quattro anni dalla mia prima battaglia di gioco Splinterlands è ancora il mio gioco blockchain preferito e ancora mi diverto a giocare le ranked battles e ancora mi diverto ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte.

Dopo il 25 luglio 2023 il mio divertimento è aumentato perchè sono state introdotte le misure anti-bots nel Modern Format e perchè giocare contro giocatori reali come me è molto più divertente che giocare contro "freddi e efficienti" bots.

Dopo l'introduzione delle misure anti-bots sono aumentate anche le ricompense in token SPS per i giocatori reali che giocano nel Modern Format come puoi vedere dai dati presenti nella sezine Reward Pool Statistics di Splex.gg (https://splex.gg/tools/reward_pools).

Se avessi il pieno potere di introdurre modifiche al mio gioco blockchain preferito introdurrei subito le misure anti-bots anche nel Wild Format.
Una soluzione alternativa potrebbe essere quella di creare un terzo formato che chiamerei BOT format in cui farei giocare solo i bots e a cui destinerei solo il 20% della Reward Pool.

Purtroppo non ho questo potere ma spero che in futuro anche il Wild Format sia liberato dai bots.

Ho condiviso in dettaglio le mie opinioni e le mie considerazioni sui bots in due miei precedenti post che trovi ai due links seguenti e che continuerò a condividere spesso nei miei pots con l'obiettivo di sensibilizzare i giocatori di Splinterlands sull'argomento bots.

Dal 10 agosto al 20 agosto sono stato in vacanza con la mia famiglia e per questo motivo ho iniziato a giocare nella stagione in corso con qualche giorno di ritardo.

Quando mancano 7 giorni e 20 ore alla fine della stagione in corso sono in lega Diamond II del Modern Format con un punteggio di rating = 3166 punti.

Il mio obiettivo di gioco stagionale è terminare la stagione almeno in lega Diamond I per ripartire nella stagione successiva dalla lega Diamond III senza dover retrocedere nella lega Gold I.

E' un obiettivo alla mia portata perchè è un obiettivo che ho raggiunto nelle precedenti due stagioni e quindi dovrei riuscire a raggiungerlo anche in questa stagione.

Voglio però anche cercare di aumentare il mio win rate che mi aiuterebbe a velocizzare l'accumulo di token SPS per raggiungere il mio obiettivo di 100K SPS staked.
Per aumentare il mio win rate devo aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte.

Ci sono tanti modi per scegliere quali carte acquistare o potenziare di livello e i modi che mi piace utilizzare sono vari.

Spesso per scegliere i miei obiettivi di acquisto/upgrade parto da una regola di battaglia come ho mostrato nei mie due seguenti e precedenti post.

Altre volte mi piace partire da una abilità che ritengo molto utile in battaglia e tramite gli utili filtri di Peakmonsters confronto e valuto le carte che hanno quell'abilità.

Nel post di oggi voglio mostrare un ulteriore punto di partenza che utilizzo per scegliere gli obiettivi di acquisto/upgrade: la funzionalità Missing BCX.

Ci sono due siti che hanno questa funzionalità e che mi piace utilizzare:

• Splex.GG: Missing BCX Buyer

Da Splintercards non è però possibile ordinare i risultati in base al Price to max.

Per questo motivo di recente preferisco utilizzare la funzionalità Missing BCX di Splex.gg perchè a differenza di Splintercards permette di ordinare i risultati con un maggior numero di filtri di ricerca.

Oggi sono andato su https://splex.gg/market/missing_bcx e dopo aver inserito il mio In Game Name ho cliccato su Check Collection

Poi ho selezionato i Market Filters che puoi vedere nell'immagine seguente per includere nei risultati solo le carte utilizzabili nel Modern Format (Modern Only).

Poi ho ordinato i risultati in base al valore della colonna Estimated Price per trovare possibili obiettivi di carte da portare al massimo livello che hanno un costo relativamente basso per me.

Grazie alla funzionalità Missing BCX Buyer oggi ho portato al massimo livello diverse carte che avevo nella mia collezione e che avevano un costo di upgrade inferiore a 10$ e in questo post condivido 4 obiettivi di upgrades che ho completato oggi.

Il primo risultato che ho ottenuto utilizzando la funzionalità Missing BCX è stata la carta Chaos Knight per cui dovevo spendere solo 0.180$ per raggiungere il massimo livello.

Chaos Knight di livello 9 è una carta che mi piace usare quando le regole di battaglia sono Melee Mayem e Super Sneak.

Ho fatto subito questo upgrade dato il costo davvero basso che dovevo sostenere.

Nel passaggio dal livello 9 al livello 10 il mio Chaos Knight acquisisce solo 1 punto vita in più ma il costo di upgrade è davvero basso e secondo me mi è convenuto farlo.

Per acquistare 5 BCX di Chaos Knight non ho però utilizzato il market di splex.gg perchè il cashback è inferiore al cashback offerto da Monstermarket che nel caso di acquisto immediato delle carte è la mia prima opzione di scelta mentre uso Peakmonsters quando devo effettuare offerte di acquisto Bid.

Ho speso 240.50 DEC e ho ricevuto un cashback di 8.62 DEC

Come secondo obiettivo di upgrade al massimo livello ho scelto Venari Bonesmith.

Questo è stato un'altro upgrade a basso costo perchè ho speso poco più di 1$ per 26 BCX

Anche il sito Splinterguide assegna un buon rating a Ever-Hungry Skull nelle leghe Diamond+: rating 6.9 che è un buon rating considerando il costo molto basso di questa carta.

Il mio Regal Peryton dal livello 4 al livello 8 ha fatto un bel salto di qualità e mi sarà particolarmente utile nelle battaglie che hanno le rulesets: Wands Out e Earthquake.

Oggi ho aggiunto 4 carte di livello massimo alla mia collezione di carte che mi saranno particolarmente utili per aumentare il mio win rate nelle ranked battles del Mondern Format.

Ho effettuato upgrade dal costo contenuto velocizzando la fase di scelta delle carte da potenziare grazie all'utilizzo della funzionalità Missing BCX che ho voluto mostrare in questo post e che è una funzionalità molto utile.

Secondo me questo è anche un buon momento per fare acquisti di carte perchè quando inizierà la fase 1.5 delle lands le carte potrebbero avere una maggiore richiesta e quindi potrebbero aumentare di valore come potrebbero aumentare di valore anche i token DEC che saranno necessari per attivare la produzione delle worker cards nei land plots (è la mia personale opinione e non è un consiglio finanziario).
