It has been 22 days since the release of the new Rebellion set, and from day one (December 5, 2023) I started building my Rebellion deck to complement my Chaos Legion cards.
My Rebellion deck is not yet competitive to be used in Modern Format's Gold+ leagues but I hope it can soon be useful for me in battle and I hope to return to playing in Gold+ leagues permanently soon.

I am basing my buying strategy for the Rebellion set mainly on buying Rebellion packs and selling Rebellion cards that are not part of my short-term buying goals/upgrades.

To date I have purchased and opened 251 Rebellion packs and will continue to purchase more.

In my previous posts I began to build the list of cards from the Rebellion set that I would like to add to my card collection starting with the Neutral element cards and continuing with the selection of the Water element cards.

In the image below you can see all my purchase goals/upgrades related to the Rebellion set cards of the Neutral and Water elements.

I haven't reached any of my upgrades goals yet but I'm glad I found in a Rebellion pack the third copy of Daarg Deadblast that allowed me to upgrade to level 2.

Daarg Deadblast is one of my favorite cards in the Rebellion set and now I will be able to use it even more frequently in Modern Format battles because the addition of the Triage ability has greatly increased its usefulness in battle.

Today I continued to study Rebellion cards to choose my other future purchase/upgrade goals and chose to focus on Earth element cards.

Regarding the Earth element summoners of the Rebellion set, I would like to add to Obsidian (level 8) and Lobb Lowland (level 5) the summoners:

• BREWMASTER ABRAXAS of level 8
• CHUUL JUJINCHI of level 8.

I decided to postpone the purchase/upgrades of the summoner Underboss Fabino because it has a lower frequency of use in battle than the other two summoners because it is yes very useful but only in battles that have precise battle rules and in combination with specific cards.

To view all the cards in the Rebellion set that belong to the Earth element I like to use the CARDS section of the useful Splintercards site.

There are 12 monster cards of the Earth element in the Rebellion set.

I like to use the CARDS section of Splintercards to get a quick and compact first view of all the Earth element cards in the Rebellion set with maximum stats.

To choose my purchase targets I like to use the CARDS BY LEAGUE CAP feature that allows me to see the cards with the maximum stats that can be used in the different leagues.

In fact, my game goal is to play stably in the Gold leagues of Modern Format and so I am only interested in evaluating cards that have the maximum usable level in the Gold leagues.

The earth element cards of common rarity in the Rebellion set are 4 in total.

Among the four common cards of the earth element, I particularly like Ujurak Mistic starting at level 5 because it is a card that has good speed (4) and has a low mana cost (4) but most importantly it has two useful abilities: Lookout and Void.

In particular I could use Ujurak Mistic profitably in a battle with the Wands Out ruleset where only cards with magic attack can be used and for example I could use it in combination with cards with the Silence ability.
In this case Ujurak Mistic could become a very difficult card to eliminate because the opponent's cards would have reduced magic attack.

For example, a combination of cards that I would like to use in a battle with the Wands Out ruleset could be the following:

• Obsidian + Ujurak Mistic + Lurking Puffer + Nalara Geinek + Goblin Psychic.

Therefore, I have identified two possible upgrades targets that I can add to my list:

• **Level 8 Ujurak Mistic
• Lurking Puffer of level 8.

I also like Endless Ape but only from level 6 because it acquires the Reflection Shield ability and could be useful in battles that have the rulesets Super Sneak or Melee Mayeem + Explosive Weaponery.

In the Rebellion set there are 4 cards of the element earth rare and I like all of them although none is a short-term purchase/upgrade goal of mine.

In my collection I have Gobson Sniper, Blackmoor Nymph and Swell Spore Beast of level 1 and I also have Lioceros of level 2 + 7 BCX but for now my focus is not on these cards.

I like both Epics cards from the Rebellion set and they are both two of my upgrade targets.

In particular I would like to have Croire level 4 in my collection because with the Weapon Training and Flank abilities it plays well with different combinations of cards.

As for Satha Toledo my upgrade goal is level 4.

In the Rebellion set there are 2 legendary cards of the Earth element and I really like both of them: Zerbajin and Lord Thanalor.

In my collection I have both legendary cards of the Earth element of level 1.

My favorite among the 2 legendary cards is Zebajin who I would like to upgrade to level 3 where he acquires 1 more magic attack point.

Zebajin has the Armored Strike ability and would play well in combination with two cards I have in my collection because they have the Protect ability: Queen Mycelia and Arkemis The Bear.

With Obsidian + Arkemis The Bear + Queen Mychelia, the attack power of level 1 Zebajin would become equal to 2 (magic attack) + 5 melee attack produced by the Armored Strike ability.

After the Rebellion card analysis I did today my wish list got bigger.

In my next post I will share my purchase/upgrade goals related to the Rebellion cards of the other elements.

Although my Rebellion cards still have levels too low compared to my upgrade goals I have started using them in a few battles.

Today I used 3 Rebellion cards in a battle with the Keep Your Distance and Unprotected rulesets: Zeddica + Daarg Deadblast + Barashkukor.

This battle shows the usefulness in battle of Daarg Deadblast and also the advantage of being able to combine water cards with element death cards using the summoner Zeddica.

I continue to set growth goals on Splinterlands, hope that bots will be eliminated completely from Splinterlands, continue to increase the battle strength of my usable card collection in Modern Format where there are no bots, and look forward with much excitement to the fully playable versions of Genesis League Soccer and Soulkeep that will expand the Splinterlands ecosystem

La mia strategia di acquisto per le carte del set Rebellion: Focus sulle Carte dell'elemento Earth

Sono passati 22 giorni dal rilascio del nuovo set Rebellion e fin dal primo giorno (5 dicembre 2023) ho iniziato a costruire il mio Rebellion deck da affiancare alle mie carte Chaos Legion.
Il mio Rebellion deck non è ancora competitivo per esssere utilizzato nelle leghe Gold+ del Modern Format ma spero potrà presto essermi utile in battaglia e spero di tornare presto a giocare stabilmente nelle leghe Gold+.

Sto basando la mia strategia di acquisto per il set Rebellion principalmente sull'acquisto dei Rebellion packs e sulla vendita delle carte che non fanno parte dei miei obiettivi di acquisto/upgrades di breve termine.

Fino ad oggi ho acquistato e aperto 251 Rebellion packs e continuerò ad acquistarne altri.

Nei miei precedenti posts ho iniziato a costruire la lista delle carte del set Rebellion che mi piacerebbe aggiungere alla mia collezione di carte partendo dalle carte dell'elemento neutrale e proseguendo con la scelta delle carte dell'elemento Water.

Non ho ancora raggiunto nessuno dei miei obiettivi di upgrades ma sono contento di aver trovato in un pacco Rebellion la terza copia di Daarg Deadblast che mi ha permesso di fare l'upgrade al livello 2.

Daarg Deadblast è una delle carte che mi piace di più del set Rebellion e adesso potrò usarla ancora più di frequente nelle battaglie del Modern Format perchè l'aggiunta dell'abilità Triage ha aumentato di molto la sua utilità in battaglia.

Oggi ho continuato a studiare le carte Rebellion per scegliere altri miei obiettivi di acquisto/upgrade futuri e ho scelto di focalizzarmi sulle carte dell'elemento Earth.

Per quanto riguarda gli evocatori dell'elemento Earth del set Rebellion mi piacerebbe affiancare a Obsidian (livello 8) e Lobb Lowland (livello 5) gli evocatori:

• BREWMASTER ABRAXAS di livello 8
• CHUUL JUJINCHI di livello 8.

Ho deciso di rinviare l'acquisto/upgrades dell'evocatore Underboss Fabino perchè ha una minore frequenza di utilizzo in battaglia rispetto agli altri due evocatori perchè è si molto utile ma solo in battaglie che hanno precise regole di battaglia e in combinazione con specifiche carte.

Per visualizzare tutte le carte del set Rebellion che appartengono all'elemento Earth mi piace utilizzare la sezione CARDS dell'utile sito Splintercards.

Nel set Rebellion ci sono 12 carte mostro dell'elemento Earth

Mi piace utilizzare la sezione CARDS di Splintercards per avere una prima visione veloce e compatta di tutte le carte dell'elemento Terra del set Rebellion con le statistiche massime.

Per scegliere i miei obiettivi di acquisto mi piace utilizzare la funzionalità CARDS BY LEAGUE CAP che mi permette di vedere le carte con le statistiche massime utilizzabili nelle diverse leghe.

Infatti il mio obiettivo di gioco è giocare stabilmente nelle leghe Gold del Modern Format e quindi mi interessa valutare solo le carte che hanno il livello massimo utilizzabile nelle leghe Gold.

Le carte dell'elemento terra di rarità comune del set Rebellion sono in totale 4.

Tra le quattro carte comuni dell'elemento terra mi piace particolarmente Ujurak Mistic a partire dal livello 5 perchè è una carta che ha una buona velocità (4) e ha un costo in mana basso (4) ma soprattutto ha due utili abilità: Lookout e Void.

In particolare potrei usare Ujurak Mistic con profitto in una battaglia con la ruleset Wands Out in cui possono essere usate solo le carte con attacco magico e ad esempio potrei usarla in combinazione con carte con l'abilità Silence.
In questo caso Ujurak Mistic potrebbe diventare una carta molto difficile da eliminare perchè le carte avversarie avrebbero un attacco magico ridotto.

Ad esempio una combinazione di carte che mi piacerebbe usare in una battaglia con la ruleset Wands Out potrebbe essere la seguente:

• Obsidian + Ujurak Mistic + Lurking Puffer + Nalara Geinek + Goblin Psychic

Ho quindi individuato due possibili obiettivi di upgrades che posso aggiungere alla mia lista:

• Ujurak Mistic di livello 8
• Lurking Puffer di livello 8

Mi piace anche Endless Ape ma solo a partire dal livello 6 perchè acquisisce l'abilità Reflection Shield e potrebbe essere utile in battaglie che hanno le rulesets Super Sneak o Melee Mayeem + Explosive Weaponery.

Mi piacciono entrambe le carte Epiche del set Rebellion e sono entrambe due miei obiettivi di upgrades.

In particolare mi piacerebbe avere nella mia collezione Croire di livello 4 perchè con le abilità Weapon Training e Flank gioca bene con diverse combinazioni di carte.

Per quanto riguarda Satha Toledo il mio obiettivo di upgrade è il livello 4

Nel set Rebellion ci sono 2 carte leggendarie dell'elemento Earth e mi piacciono molto entrambe: Zerbajin e Lord Thanalor.

Nella mia collezione ho entrambe le carte leggendarie dell'elemento Earth di livello 1

La mia preferita tra le 2 carte leggendarie è Zebajin che mi piacerebbe portare al livello 3 dove acquisisce 1 punto di attacco magico in più.

Zebajin ha l'abilità Armored Strike e giocherebbe bene in combinazione con due carte che ho nella mia collezione perchè hanno l'abilità Protect: Queen Mycelia e Arkemis The Bear.

Con Obsidian + Arkemis The Bear + Queen Mychelia la potenza di attacco di Zebajin di livello 1 diventerebbe uguale a 3 (attacco magico) + 5 attacco melee prodotto dall'abilità Armored Strike.

Dopo l'analisi delle carte Rebellion che ho fatto oggi la mia lista dei desideri è diventata più grande.

Nel mio prossimo post condividerò i miei obiettivi di acquisto/upgrade relativi alle carte Rebellion degli altri elementi.

Anche se le mie carte Rebellion hanno livelli ancora troppo bassi rispetto ai miei obiettivi di upgrade ho iniziato ad utilizzarle in qualche battaglia.

Oggi ho utilizzato 3 Rebellion cards in una battaglia con le rulesets Keep Your Distance e Unprotected: Zeddica + Daarg Deadblast + Barashkukor

Questa battaglia mostra l'utilità in battaglia di Daarg Deadblast e anche il vantaggio di poter combinare le carte water con le carte dell'elemento morte utilizzando l'evocatore Zeddica.

Io continuo a pormi obiettivi di crescita su Splinterlands, spero che i bots siano eliminati completamente da Splinterlands, continuo ad aumentare la forza in battaglia della mia collezione di carte utilizzabile nel Modern Format dove non ci sono i bots e aspetto con molta eccitazione le versioni completamente giocabili di Genesis League Soccer e Soulkeep che espanderanno l'ecosistema di Splinterlands
