How do you consume content on hive?
In the past weeks we asked you which front-end you were using most and also how your workplace is looking. Today, we would like to ask you related questions in respect to content consumption on Hive:
- Where do you read or watch hive content? (phone, laptop, desktop)
- How do you organize content consumption? Do you have a fixed allocated time for it? Do you do it spontaneously? Or, how else? Do you consume content at all?
- Do you watch videos on hive? Do you read posts through from A to Z?
Give us as much information as you want to share regarding how you consume content on hive.

I tend to consume content mainly on my computer, either desktop or notebook, I have 1 of each. So I've always consumed more through them, I find it better for reading and viewing.
In terms of consumption, in theory I'm almost always online at hive. Whether I'm at work or at home, most of the time I keep an eye on what people are posting or on the threads, so I'm always up to date with what's going on.
Now, I watch very few videos, I prefer to read the posts. It's easier to consume posts in Brazilian Portuguese, which is my native language, but those in English I can translate by myself or using google translate. I do my best to read the whole post, but I confess that sometimes I only read a few paragraphs and try to summarize them in my head lol.

I prefer to read the content on Hive on my computer. I don't think the frontends work well and responsively on mobile; there's a lot of lag, unfortunately. I take advantage of the moments when I'm working, since I use the computer throughout my entire shift, to also consume the content here. It's rare for me to see anything related to Hive on my phone. When I stop to read a post, I read it completely, but I don't have much patience for videos

recently I am more on phone, using ecency mobile. I read whenever I have free / spare time.
on night, when I want to make a draft of publish a post, just right now... I usually do 10-15minutes wondering around reading and curating some posts.
I only vote content that I read, that's why I do not spread my vote to vast people. I only see video (3speaks) at night time, through my laptop

I'm usually on Hive when I'm going to post something and I use my desktop computer to participate.
I don't usually watch videos, it's not a format I've ever liked.
I usually read the full posts.

Primarily I do it through InLeo threads. But I still read articles and comment on those as well. It's just rather time consuming compared to doing it via threads.

Desktop PC
When I have free time in my work time only. Consume and read the content depending on what content it is. For food or cuisine, I usually see every word tho mostly focusing on the recipe and how to make it. Other things? I just read the main point only.
Watch... depends... Sometimes I'm not watching videos because I don't have that much time to watch. Maybe A to Q? or sometimes A to J and then R to Z 🤔. Depends on what they write.

I usually read HIVE on my laptop, once a day usually after dinner. I have a few followed writers by now, but I will also pop into what's trending to have a look. :)

On my phone or my computer depending on where I am! 😜
I have a set time to burn down my voting power everyday and also make my posts. Reading however, is completely random.
I rarely watch videos on HIVE. I think the ones produced by you guys are just about almost the only ones. Video platforms on HIVE are unfortunately far inferior to youtube and the like out there.

I read the content of Hive mainly on the tablet and also on the mobile. I don't like to do it on the desktop, I reserve this one to write and edit the posts.
My consumption of content is directed to my healing work in a few hours more or less fixed throughout the day. I read what my favourite authors publish spontaneously, when I have free gaps.
I don't like audiovisual content in general, so I also avoid it in Hive whenever I can. As for my reading, according to the interest generated by the title and first lines I give it my full attention or I do diagonal reading.

I spend almost all of my Hive time on my mobile phone.
Since I work a full-time job that takes me 10 hours a day, and I can't watch Hive at work, I'm mostly active on the way to and from work (morning and afternoon).
I vote manualy, I'm not in groups and it takes me a lot of time, and I have time in transport, twice a day for 45 minutes.
In addition, when I get notifications, I check to see if I have comments in order to respond to them.
As for the video content on the posts, I watch almost everything from the members I follow regularly, whose posts I also read in full 🙂
I also read some random ones that I find interesting.
And vote for that posts.

Thanks 🙂
I generally consume content via laptop. I don't consume much, but when I do, it is spontaneous. I don't watch videos on hive and I only read posts that catch my interest. Most of the ones I read are these from Liotes and Splinterlands voting proposals.

I use my laptop and write when I have some time. I like the videos but I don't watch them all and the same goes for the posts.

I don't usually read or watch hive content other than these posts (and that is not normally every week).

In my computer and cellphone.

How do you organize content consumption? Do you have a fixed allocated time for it? Do you do it spontaneously? Or, how else? Do you consume content at all?
Do you watch videos on hive? Do you read posts through from A to Z?

I usually do it on the go, meaning on my mobile phone while commuting around to work etc.
Do not allocate a fixed amount of time to it but definitely gets lesser during peak work season 😕

Thanks! 😆
Mostly when I could, I read the post through my laptop, but when I am busy or at work which I could only have a limited use of the laptop, I will use my phone trough ecency, and usually will only do voting, to spend my voting power.
I mostly like post without video, only watch from Liotes, and @ph1102's walk the talk series, other than that I don't think so, very rarely.
But I do read some of the post completely, so that I can have idea of what to comment about the post.
I usually go through my ecency feed which is based on my following, as well as some o f the author that I set on my favorite, so I will get notifications of their new posts.
Wow! That's a huge compliment! Thank you very much!
To be honest, usually, I don't watch videos either, only when I'm really interested in the topic... But, I know that some people prefer videos over text... That's why it's important to have different "types" of content... ;)

I do almost everything on the wider screen (laptop) and rarely on a mobile phone. I used to have a set schedule for Hive but now, it's any time when I can and often start with the comments on my posts and then visit people's posts too, and threads.
For video content, it's not always except for Liotes mission posts and some music-related ones.

I do everything on my labtop. I spend a few hours at night to do everything from writing a post, reading posts and commenting. I do watch videos if they are a part of the post.

Where do you read or watch hive content? (phone, laptop, desktop)
Mainly via computer, sometimes via smartphone
How do you organize content consumption? Do you have a fixed
allocated time for it? Do you do it spontaneously? Or, how else? Do you consume content at all?
There is some fixed content that I follow, such as the hive-br community, liotes, neoxian and hivelearners, but I also watch spontaneous content, trying to see interesting materials
Do you watch videos on hive? Do you read posts through from A to Z?
I consume very little videos, generally about gameplay or information (for example achim liotes and khal leofinance), regarding posts, as I mentioned above, I consume a lot of random content.

I usually use InLeo almost exclusively, but I occasionally use PeakD (like now) to try and find Liotes stuff. For some reason, I never seem to see it on Leo. I always use my desktop and I check it morning and night to make sure my voting power stays below 100% at all times.
I'll read articles that interest me from start to finish and occasionally watch a video or two, but I'm just so busy IRL at this time of year I don't have time for much more.
I also have a few games I have to keep on top of daily...SPL, GO, Rising Star, dCity, dCrops, and HoloZing.

Good day! Most part of the time I use phone to read content on hive nearly 80% of time.
To consume content I use midday and evening time mostly. Honestly I don't have schedule when I read content.
Interesting posts from some people or tutorials of course I read from the beginning till the end. If to talk about videos I rarely watch then coz it takes more time. But recap of Hive Hangout is an ecsaption and if I missed show I try to watch it especially if there was special guest ;)

Mostly laptop, followed by phone
Usually I will do it at night before I sleep. I have a list of writers that I would manually go to check if they have new posts. These days, the Favourites List is not very stable.
It depends on the content/topic. If it's interesting, I go through the entire post and watch whole video. If not, then I either browse through, or skip it. Hehe.

Thanks!
I read and watch the contents of the hive mainly on PC.
I organize my content consumption spontaneously, without a fixed time allotted.
Sometimes I watch videos on Hive and read posts from A to Z if they catch my attention.

I have moments during the day and different ways to consume it. My favorite way is using Ecency mobile app using my phone of course. Even during bathroom times it is good to use it hehehe. But also I go to scan some content when I am at work during breaks of course. During work I prefer using my desktop. I am not much a Hive's video watcher, but I like to read the post, essentially I like to check my feed , I have some authors that post daily posts that I like to read the content.

Laptop, and rarely phone.
I consume content in... stages.
Manual curation phase:
Selection of the posts. Here the author, title, image, and short description make a difference. The posts I select get opened in separate tabs.
Go to each post selected above and take a diagonal look at it. Decide whether to vote or not, and if I keep it for further consumption (I might keep it and not vote on it if it's older than 24h, for example). If there wouldn't be a 24h voting "window" that limits effective curation, I would read/listen to content fully before voting.
2.1. Sometimes make an AI summary of the post if it's written in a language other than English. Translations are left for the consumption phase.
Consumption phase:
I consume the content previously selected in different ways:
Answered above, hopefully.

I access Hive on my phone and desktop. I do everything on the desktop, especially production things: posts, reports, financial transactions. On my cell phone I enjoy and do occasional readings, and I follow notifications from the ecency app.
I never watch videos, I don't consume video content in Lu
nowhere. I even wrote about this here at Hive lol!

I usually read hive content on my laptop and occasionally on the phone in the Ecency mobile app
I usually spend time at Hive early in the morning or late evening for curation. And I spontaneously read a post or two from my favorite authors during the day.
I occasionally watch videos on Hive but it is not the content I consume the most. And I read from A to Z the posts I comment on.

I usually do it using the keychain app while on the go.
Time wise usually is after dinner.
Video wise, it depends on the content, if is good, i will watch it.

I usually consume content on hive from my laptop, I've tried using the Ecency app on my cell phone, but it's not the same. For me, we need a more intuitive mobile app that allows us to post and consume content from other hivers, just like on social networks (instagram and facebook, for example).
