Testing activity

For this mission, I wanted to make a video to explain things in more details but since 3speak isn't working, I will need to put everything in a written post. Before explaining what is the mission of this week, I will first try to explain, why we are doing this mission.

Why this mission?

With liotes, we are working on an onboarding process. The idea is to bring people to hive without even speaking about content creation, curation or voting. We want to promote a side of hive that is actually pretty cool, which is to earn passive income. To do that, we will promote the Liotes ecosystem. Let me line out the concept in a nutshell:
Step 1: Students learn how to earn some coins online
Step 2: They learn how to bring these coins to hive
Step 3: They invest their coins into the Liotes ecosystem and build several passive income streams

This process will come in the form of an online course that people can join for free.

The mission today is to test together with you the programs of step 1 where people can earn some coins online.

Why doing such an onboarding process?

First of all, we don't build this process for ideological reasons but because we believe that it will add value to the Liotes project. Our objectives are the following:

• Bring external money to hive
• Grow the assets of the liotes project
• Increase the liotes community with new members
• Increase the return for liotes stakeholders

Let me try to show you for each step how we want to realize these objectives:

For step 1: we ask people to sign up to websites that have a referral program. Every person that signs up using our referral links will not only earn crypto themselves, they will also generate commissions that are paid to us from the websites. These referral commissions will then be used to fund an account. It will purchase Hive, power it up and delegate it to the liotes.voter. This in return will generate dividends that will be used to fill the reward pool of the diesel pool LEN:LENM. This means that every person that will claim from a faucet or a ptc add, will contribute to grow this pot and the bigger the pot, the more we will be able to put in the reward pool. The APR of the diesel pool will go up. This will increase demand for LEN and LENM and could drive prices up.

For step 2: Users will bring their crypto to Hive and exchange them for Hive. We will encourage them to purchase hive and power it up in the first place. Then we propose that they delegate their hive power to liotes.voter. Like that, they will have two passive income streams: the organic growth of the hive power and the daily dividends in LEN tokens. This will grow the voting power of the liotes.voter and in addition it will generate buy pressure for Hive. It will probably not be big amounts but nevertheless, it will bring external money to hive.

For step 3: Once they delegate their Hive Power to liotes.voter, they will get daily dividends in the form of LEN tokens. We then encourage them to pair these LEN tokens with LENM and provide liquidity in the according diesel pool. By doing so they will create an additional passive income stream for themselves and it will increase the demand for both tokens and increase the liquidity for the diesel pool. It will also generate fees in the diesel pool and probably also arbitrage opportunities that might lead to more LENM sales.

For the project, all this will have positive side effects. It will increase the demand for our tokens and should push the APR for both diesel pool and staking LENM up. In addition to that, it will allow to create some buy pressure on hive and maybe push the price a bit up. However, we can't really evaluate how big the effect will be and that is why we need to do some tests and we need your help for that.

The Mission of this week

In this liotes mission, we would like to ask you to sign up with one or more of the following websites. Each website allows you to earn crypto by doing simple tasks. When you sign up using the links provided, which are our referral links, you will also generate referral commissions that will be paid to us from the websites directly. We want to see how much you can earn from these websites and how much referral commissions it generates for liotes.

For each website, we have created a tutorial that you can watch to learn more about the site. You might need to own crypto addresses to withdraw at a later time. In some instances, you can't use an exchange wallet. If you don't have any wallet, you can for example use trust wallet that comes with a big quantity of wallets in different coins. We made a tutorial about how to install and use trust wallet.

Your task

1. Sign up with one or more of the websites above. The more programs you join, the better. If you have already an account on one of these sites, please chose another one to sign up. The results will be different if you start from fresh or if you have been using the account for a long time. You should start the activity with zero assets on these websites
2. Write in the comment section, which programs you have joined
3. Be active on the sites that you have signed up as much as possible until next Wednesday. You are free to define how much time you want to dedicate and what actions you want to take. If you can write down somewhere how much time you more or less spend, that would be great.
4. Don't withdraw any coins until Wednesday
5. Next Wednesday, we will ask you how much credits/coins/usd you have collected during the week.

All the referral commissions earned this week, will go into the account that will fund the future diesel pool rewards
