Surprising little creature

Today when I was tidying up the garden, I noticed this tiny creature on the starlink parabola. Even when I put my finger next to him, nothing happened, and he appeared to be extremely at ease. My hands were extremely fatigued, and despite my best efforts, the final product fell short of my expectations.

I think I need to practise more. However, as soon as my husband began to play with the water nearby, he took off, and I was unable to continue.
