Meet Olivia of the Brook

Currently my main goal in Splinterlands is to raise all my reward cards to the maximum level before a new edition of reward cards is released.

There are many powerful and useful cards in the current edition of reward cards and today I will talk about one of my favorites, Olivia of the Brook.

To get reward cards I have 2 options and they are:

• Open Rarity Draws.

• Open Loot Chests.

The best option would be Rarity Draws because in them I will only get cards and it will be easier for me to level up my reward cards, but I decided to open Loot Chests because in them I can increase my earnings in the season since I get energy and also have the chance to get jackpots.

Now I'm going to talk about Olivia of the Brook, an epic card that belongs to the life deck.

Olivia of the Brook has 2 types of attacks (melee attack and magic attack). Her life is not the best because I consider it a little low for a card with a 6 mana cost, but she has 1 armor that will be very useful to protect herself against melee and ranged attacks. In addition, she has 3 abilities that are very useful in battles.

The abilities that Olivia of the Brook has are: Opportunity, Mimic, and Reflection Shield.

**Opportunity **- This ability makes Olivia of the Brook attack the enemy monster with the lowest health. It is very useful since it increases the player's chances of defeating one of the opponent's monsters and gaining an advantage in battle.

Mimic - This ability makes Olivia of the Brook gain one of the random abilities of the enemy monsters. It starts working from the second round onwards. Every round, Olivia of the Brook gains a random ability from one of my opponent's monsters. In addition, when Olivia of the Brook attacks, she has a 25% chance of gaining one of the abilities of the monster she hit with the attack.

Reflection Shield - This ability makes Olivia of the Brook immune to the abilities Corrosive Ward, Return Fire, Thorns, Magic Reflect, and Blast Spash Damage.

In my opinion, this is one of the best Soulbounds cards currently because the ability to gain abilities is very strong and the longer the battle lasts, the stronger Olivia of the Brook will become.

Remember that some abilities cannot be gained through the Mimic ability, these abilities are: Debilitations, Targeting Abilities, Ambush, Weapons Training, Flank, Reach, Charge and Taunt.

If after opening all the Loot Chests that I want in the season and I have Glint left, I will use them to buy Epic Draws because I really want to have Olivia of the Brook at maximum level since she will be of great help in my battles.

There are also many other useful cards in the current Reward Card Edition, and I hope to be able to level them all up to max level before a new Reward Card Edition is released.
