Haha...it's complex, delicious, and nutrient dense! I'll post the list of ingredients that I use, with approximate amounts. This makes just about a gallon, which I drink and distribute to others. I measure everything by eye, so quantities would need to be adjusted to taste. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Superfood Fire Coffee

2 rounds of hot water in a French press with 
coffee - 1 heaping table spoon
yerba mate - 1 heaping table spoon 

In blender pitcher 
local raw honey - 2-3 tablespoons, or to taste 
coconut meat from older 'shaker' coconuts - small handful
raw whole cow milk - 1 cup
black seeds - 1 teaspoon
matcha powder - 1 heaping teaspoon 
moringa powder - 1 heaping teaspoon
spirulina powder - 1 teaspoon
chlorella tablets or powder - 12 or 1 teaspoon
Hawaiian hot peppers or cayenne powder - 4-6 or add to taste
peanut butter - 4 tablespoons
maca powder - 1 heaping teaspoon
clove powder - tip of a teaspoon
allspice powder - 1/4 teaspoon
nutmeg powder - tip of a teaspoon
cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon 
cinnamon powder - 1 heaping teaspoon
cacao powder - 1 heaping teaspoon
Hawaiian sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
pink Himalayan sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon
chia seeds - 1 teaspoon
hulled hemp seeds - 1 teaspoon
hulled sunflower seeds - 1 teaspoon
hulled pumpkin seeds - 1 teaspoon
liquid stevia - 40 drops

Blended for 2 minutes in a VitaMix blender

Hehe...yes, it surely is, and keeping everything in stock can be challenging at times, but I've managed for years now. It's so nutrieng-dense that it often holds me most of the day. Experimenting is fun, and coffee is a great base to create! You're very welcome, absolutely! Have fun with it! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
