It usually rains during Sukkot here in Canada. Sometimes it snows. It usually coincides with the Canadian Thanksgiving / Harvest Festival so that’s nice.

Yeah. I’m pretty certain that some of the Founding fathers were Crypto or Converso. One of the earliest Traders with Hudson Bay Company was Ezekiel Solomon from Mackinac Island. Married a Chippewa woman from the area and had lots of kids. … distant cousins on my mom’s family tree .
