Oh, what a cute thing that sponge cake... what I can't imagine is how you were able to make only one, haha. With those ingredients the result can only be a delight for the palate. I also really like lemon, it's refreshing for the hot months. I'm not very good at cooking, but this mini version seems simple and appropriate to try without wasting food in case of resounding failure. 😂
