PEPE Token Reward - Halving - Pool Changes

Rewards are being reduced a little something like a Bitcoin halving. Making new tokens a little harder to get. While also reducing the amount received so that less are traded and swapped in the markets. This has been a thought for a while and after some (additional) thought am implementing a reward reduction of half. While you're then getting less tokens they may be worth MOAR. We are in what has been called "Froggie Valley" in relation to "Froggie Mountain" by such as @ironshield.pepe. Numerous Blockchain account have been getting MOAR PEPE tokens noting that they are "on sale", in relation to higher price levels. Also changed from buying (back) some from the market to let the price go where it goes in the free market. This shows that buy backs are helpful and beneficial to (our) market(s). So will resume such as well as exploring other ideas.

Let's go over a few ideas as well.

1.) A PEPE : HIVE pool. Still waiting on this as it may be beneficial that our token price is the minimal level of $0.00001.

PEPE token has traded at this level at times and would like to see stronger support holding at and above this level. PEPECASH is held above this level. RPEPE in its rarity holds (better) above this level.

2.) A PEPE:CENT pool - Recently mentioned, and think many may like this idea. Please comment as you see fit to help provide feedback. May just be a matter of paying for it and creating it so PEPE frog tokens can swim with CENTs.

This would be in addition to the PEPE:HBD and PEPE:MEME pools.

3.) Adding Pepe Dollar Rewards so that users receive a "Stable" part of their reward. Moar of a thought and unsure if it makes sense.

Curation and Staked rewards are 50 / 50.

With seven day cash out window period as this fits what most other tokens do and also with the week.

Rewards were 500 every 30 seconds. Being reduced by "half" to 250. With the addition of Reward Reduction. The reward reduction being set at 0.1% per day. This bring a halving closer to three years than four, that of Bitcoin. This may be adjusted in the future.
